This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life, the room had a horrible marihuana smell, everything was so dirty, it felt insecure at all time and you hear basically every sound

The room smelled horrible, like it had been used as a smoking room prior, I reserved a non-smoking room. Everything was dirty and rundown. The place is a dump.

Location for what we did was ok If you have kids don't stay. Surrounded by bars and the train was going by about every 30 minutes all night

The shower felt good, although it was shorter than me (6'4"). The bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. They didn't have free breakfast as advertised (they only had coffee). They didn't have a pool as advertised (it was filled up to the brim with rocks and dirt - no water). Their laundry room was closed off which caused me to go drive to a washateria elsewhere to wash and dry our team jerseys. They only answered the phone one time out of 7 different attempts which had I known they didn't actually have free breakfast, nor a pool, I would've chosen a different hotel.

False advertisement about the breakfast they do not have that they said that booking. Com is the one who lied about that

I had old food and no towels when I checked into my room.

Privacy. Sue coming by to see if I needed anything. Well lit halls outside. The door gets stuck. I killed a couple of big roaches.

It close to the global life field. Gas station and restaurants The freezer needed to be defrost it was leaking water

Nothing There were a lot of insects on the floor. I found a dead cockroach in my room. I requested to change my room but the guy at the reception answered it like this is not a matter at all. The stay was like hell!

The room was clean False advertising, they lied about having breakfast, and I chose this one over another ones because of breakfast. The swimming pool is also out of business. It is filled up with gravel or sand. The hotel is an a noisy place and you can hear all types of noises coming from inside the room itself too
