Horrible experience

I liked the comfy beds and i liked that you had Asian channels on the TV. I also liked that the rooms blocked the sounds of the freeway next to it quite well. I dont know if the receptionist was trying to scam us but she tried to overcharge my dad and me and was very adamant on trying to get us to sign something that we didnt want to sign and this was after we already paid and signed something else.

I secured the room with booking.com two weeks in advance. When I got there, they said they don’t accept anything from booking.com. I had to stay in my car for the weekend. I didn’t get my money back or any kind of discount for anywhere else. I had a rental car and I put my money towards the room and I only came out with another $150 because I had a show in Santa Fe Springs as a musician.

This is a horrid experience!! They charged me deposit !! For already damaged premise! I was desperate to find a place to sleep as I was one of the evacuees due to the chemical leak in the city of Stanton/ garden grove during the long weekend! On hotels .com site showed clean pics , but when you check in it’s a smelly filthy room you get. When asked about it the guy in the front said oh those pictures are for the suites and they are not renting them. My jaw dropped at this bait and switch response. When I asked him why the rooms so filthy he said all these damaged are due to homeless people living here through some state funded programs. I had to go back down to change the rooms as the toilet doesn’t flush period. Then the guy at the front walked me to another room, same state in terms of cleanliness and appearance, but the toilet was working ok. I paid more than $145.00 for this dump! Sorry not able to sugar coat this experience, though the employee in the front was trying to be nicie. Everything I mentioned above !

It’s a very nice hotel as far as looks. I booked a room from Booking.com and everything went through. It’s still showing that it’s been paid for when I got there. The person at the counter told me that they had canceled my reservation and they I had to speak to Booking.com in order to get my refund back, but as of now everything on your side shows that it’s still active and hasn’t been canceled so I don’t know what’s going on. Somebody really needs to get to me. N/a

The room/bathroom did not look very clean. We also found small roaches

They have a sign saying they don’t accept reservations from booking.com alongside a couple other reservation sites. they then proceeded to cancel my booking.com reservation without refund despite saying they would and charged me an extra 600 on my “new” reservation. the rooms are filled w bugs and the air conditioning units aren’t cleaned at all. I’m not coming back ever.
