Aloft by Marriott Dulles Airport North

The people at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. I loved the view. I liked the decor of the welcome area and the room. I asked for a pet-free room and was told pets were only on floors 1-2. Yet when I walked out of my room on the 4th floor, I saw a man coming out of his room with 2 dogs. Because I'm allergic to dogs and cats, I asked to make sure. This disappointed me.

Overall, the facility was nice and the stay was good.

Enjoyed my short stay and the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and hotel convenient to the wedding we were going to.

Excellent for a basic stay with a kind and efficient staff, and not a lot of frills.

The service at the front desk and all the staff was great! Helpful and kind. Run down, dirty! The elevator and hall ways were dirty, smelly and stuffy. Did not have hot water on two nights due to a broken heater. The shower in the room i stayed in smelt old and moldy! This facility needs an upgrade!

The lobby is well put together with the pool table next to the bar and a big wide screen tv. It’s far from any restaurants and the closest establishment nearby is Starbucks. This establishment is still new but I thought the towels and sheets were all a bit worn out for an establishment that is still new. It didn’t have any ironing tools but it has a steamer though. It’s idea and concept of modern contemporary design is excellent but failed to deliver to the concept of what a mid scale to upscale establishment should look and feel like.

Very nice room. Clean to the fullest and nicely decorated

The location was decent Cops were responding to squatters on my floor. There was a stain on the ice bucket lid, no bags for ice bucket, night stands didn't have a lamp, the place overall didn't smell or seem clean, I caught a cold, closets were subpar with no space, no place to hold luggage, broken window covers, products smelled manly, no magnifying mirrors for makeup, no door in the vanity area. Subpar cleanliness. I am Latina, trust me, I know when a place hasn't been clean deeply in a while. Hilton is significantly better, feels clean and no cops on your floor evicting people.

Amazing overnight stay with a great food selection!

A little quirky, per ALoft's MO. Very gratious staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing. And the elevators were very sparse, more like freight elevators, even though the rest of the property was nicely done.

This was a very comfortable stay. Very quiet. Good location. Good price. Nice bar and outside area. Very friendly staff.

Strange set up unsure what if anything was included which was only coffee hot food preferred via a hatch and charged to room. 7/11 and Starbucks outside with good chocolate of hot and cold food. Location is ok 10-15 mins from airport 15-20 min walk to metro station. UBER or hire car required for any shopping. Air con really noisy.

The building design is poor and can hear everything happening in the rooms and the hallway- feels more like a hostile than a hotel. Extremely noisy, but good amenities and clean room. Comfortable bed- overall doesn’t quite meet the brand standard. Wouldn’t pay more for this location for the points versus another local property.
