Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North

Limited parking so plan accordingly as staff was nit helpful on where to park when the lot was full. Everything was great beyond that. Soft beds!

Coming from our flight at 3 am, I called in advance to check in so they won’t put a no show, when I arrived they said I didn’t have a room, I had to call hotels.com which later called them and then they “found me”.. also the parking is so small, we had to park at the gas station next to the hotel

Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff

On the hotel app it stated the breakfast was a buffet and free. It was neither.

It took them a bit to get us to a room that had a functioning parts, i.e. the toilet in the shower and the lights and then the room they put us in was definitely smoked in by marijuana at some point they did come in and spray, but it was just kind of a cover-up. The price was right for the quick time that we were there, but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Thw shuttle service needs a phone line. I called for almost 30 minutes and no answer before getting someone to pick us up at airport. There were no upgrades or anything complimentary from the front desk when I brought this to their attention. The first room I was assigned smelled like smoke, then I requested to be moved to another room.

Hotel was great, mother in law booked room on her credit card, but was not traveling with me. She had to send an email to authorize use of her credit card so I could get checked in. A little hassle but good card security. Airport shuttle running once every hour.

Clean room. Great bed. Helpful staff

Location. The toilet handle was broken so my husband had to get up in the night and reattach the chain. There were only two small trash cans with no extra bags and housekeeping never came so that we could ask for more.

Tub was broken and room needed a deep clean. Room was well worn
