As a professional business, you should absolutely have a backup system/way of checking in customers even when the system is down. For a hospitality business, this was NOT hospitable at all!

Overall it was a nice experience , the pull out couch was the only uncomfortable part due to it being so thin. But we enjoyed ourselves and stay.

Lady at the front desk keeps trying to charge me the full amount even though the bill was paid in full prior to my arrival.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating; however the convenience store was practically empty. I was there for 5 days, and they never got a restock. This is unacceptable, and the GM has to do better. At this point, this need a major renovation from top to bottom in order for me to return.

This hotel was beautiful. We had completely drinks and they had dinner snacks. The staff was very accommodating for our large family and we had a great time.

I love the hotel, but need a little more cleaning of the pool and the staff should be a little bit more courteous.

They were out of towels. The room we booked for 4 was set up with towels for 2. They closed breakfast early. By far the worst thing was that while we had Do not disturb sign up we were disturbed 3x and once the person entered our room. Horrible stay!
