Noise from unit overhead was pretty loud, and likewise from the stairs and landing outside the front door. There was enough parking, but it was full.

The air conditioning stopped working the last night we were there. The clothes dryer filter/condenser had not been cleaned for a least a year and was filled will moisture, mildew and lint. Never worked right. The maintenance staff was rude when they came to check for a water leak they said was coming from the condo. There wasn’t one. The inside of the condo had a film of dust everywhere. The microwave made a horrible noice when I turned it on, definitely needs to replaced. Several outlets in the bedroom had only one working plug. Furniture was very old and worn, including the bed mattress. It is advertised to have a restaurant onsite. That is closed for reservations. Parking can be difficult at times. I would never stay there again and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

We actually really liked this property overall. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room in the two bedroom to accommodate our party of 5. The kitchen was stocked well. They refreshed our towels and took out the trash without us even having to ask. The location was prime! Lots of things around you within walking distance. The only things we didn’t care for was the washer leaked so we just put towels down. The refrigerator leaked, as well. The water and ice line was disconnected to the fridge. We used the ice trays provided. The restaurant and bar were closed onsite, I believe, for renovations??? No fire pit or it wasn’t on that we could see. And the pool and spa were being resurfaced, so they weren’t available and … it’s summer. So, over all we really enjoyed it, would recommend it, and stay there again! Just hope those things would be able to be fixed!

We just loved it! So spacious and comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Booked a studio room with a queen bed and twin sofa bed. Room 331. It was nice having a full kitchen as we stayed there 4 nights. The unit was not very clean though, including what looked like a year’s worth of dust and grime on top of the fridge. The toilet frequently did not fill on its own and my husband would have to take the top of the tank off and manually reset the stopper so it would fill. One of the sinks in the bathroom was so clogged, we couldn’t use it. There are large gaps in the main door where you can see daylight through all edges of the door. Pretty sure this doesn’t help with bugs coming in. The beds were not comfortable. We were also on the 3rd floor and had multiple bags and items due to being there for a softball tournament. The elevator was broken the first day we were there and it appeared someone was fixing it. Then it was not touched for the remaining 4 days we were there. We had to carry multiple items up and down flights of stairs daily. Thank god we are not disabled or unable to move well. Pretty sure this is not ADA approved. Restaurant onsite was closed due to “inadequate staffing” per the front desk person. The whole place really needs to be maintained better. The outside breezeways and stairwells were dirty. I was excited when I saw the pictures of the place online, but it is not what it seems.

Their washer-drier setup is very concerning though. Those machines are not cleaned, can be aAJOR FIRE RISK. I noticed the drier is getting very hot with clogged filters because no guest cleans. I hope they on on top of it.

The unit was nice and clean. The halls way and stairs could use some refresh paint was all peeling and the stairs were very rusty. The location is good but a lot sirens constantly because it is right across from the trauma hospital.

This is the only place we stay in Asheville! Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything we need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient to everything.

* master shower did not drain and was dirty * master bedroom had boogers on the wall. * multiple areas where baseboard trim was loose. * ice maker was jammed with ice in door * stains in carpet * walls that were patched but never painted * multiple stains on walls * kitchen cupboard doors loose at hinges * 2nd bathroom shower curtain was covered in mold at the bottom. * The main door to the unit had a gap big enough to let light in.

Close to downtown. Will stay again.

The location was great, accommodations were wonderful for family. Separate rooms gave everyone space to spread out. Loved the kitchen to save some time and money while on vacation.

The shower drain was very slow to drain, patched holes left unpainted in the room, and the hot tub was listed as an amenity but was roped off and unable to use. The property was convenient to downtown Asheville and the 2 bedroom suite was a great layout.

Very nice spacious condo. The staff was friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations (Mountain Madre for great Mexican food). The pet fee is the highest we've experienced but the room rate was one of the best we've experienced. Overall a very good experience.
