When I arrived for check-in the staff was very friendly. The desk person was on the phone with someone and one of the housekeepers spoke to me while I was waiting and answered a few questions. The desk person was very apologetic which was not necessary I understood. The Establishment was very clean. The breakfast was average about the same as most hotels. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

The shower was my absolute favorite. Amazing size of tub and water pressure and great shower head. Maybe flip mattresses a little more? Not much to dislike.

I made reservations because you are the only hotel with an indoor pool. The lady that worked the front desk with dark hair, and one of the most unfriendly, tried to be a know it all but didn’t! Unprofessional! Smoked right beside the front door.

Then, to top it off, when going to use the shower, there is hair in the shower and hair on the bathroom floor. So I had to clean the shower, just to be able to use it. Also, the cheap sheets kept coming off in the night, making getting a goods night rest difficult. I would pass on this place in the future bc it is dirty, unkept, and the staff is unprofessional, and blame the customers for their own problems. (Plus, I had to clean my own room.) I am totally disgusted with the hotel, staff, and lack of a clean room.
