Pool was not open the whole stay and everytime we asked someone about it there was a different answer about why it was closed and when it was opening. Room was never cleaned. Trash was never emptied

The beds and the people was nice The first room we want in was nasty the floors was not moped and there was water on the ground and there was just a couple lights that worked ! And the pool was open the first night and it was nasty and not cleaned and it was green looking and we got in it for like a couple mins and it was nasty and really really cold the filters wasn’t working either and they finally closed it the next day and they told us they was going to clean it and never did !!! And was still dirty when we left !! Was really disappointed

Completely horribly managed. Staff and managers have no concern about their jobs.

Our room was nice and clean but the hotel had some issues with broken ice machines and a broken coffee machine. They were minor inconveniences. The staff we talked to were very helpful but I think they could have used some additional help.

It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner.
