Pool was closed, ice maker didnt work, there was AC in the room but not in the hallway of the 3rd floor
-
The bathroom was not clean, the air conditioner was not working properly and the breakfast was not ready by 6:00 on it’s entirety

Rooms could be a bit better as well as the breakfasts items

The staff was very friendly, and very accommodating when I requested a late checkout.

Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. Upon entering our room, everything looked in order and nice, smelled clean. But when barefoot, the floor was sticky. After one night, we asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out. We returned and it was cleaned, however, the floor wasn't swept or mopped at all. Same sticky floor. We used a bath towel to wipe up the floor and it was filthy! The towel was pretty dark after we were done. Appears it is never mopped which is really gross and ridiculous. Breakfast - it's great if you get there early, but if you go down there at 9:00 am, good luck, most hot foods are empty and when we asked the lady replenishing, she acted like it was a problem for her to fill things back up. We will never stay here again.

Only thing happened was last day stayed pool was shut down for maintenance so kids were highly disappointed and did not get to swim and TV's at Hotel stopped working so we had some unhappy kids with both of those things happening.

My family (we have 4 kids) booked this hotel in particular for the pool, and while they were able to swim for an hour, it later got shut down due to “an accident” and never opened back up. It was very disappointing and staff was less than helpful to try to amend things with us. Will not stay here again, or recommend others to stay here.

Convenient

**Check-In Experience**: - Upon arrival at the scheduled 3 PM check-in time, our room was not ready. We had to wait an additional 35 minutes in our car. - When we were eventually informed that the room was ready, we were told the floors had just been mopped, so we needed to wait a few more minutes. **Room Condition**: - The room was clean, which was a positive aspect. - However, the noise level from above and outside our room was quite disruptive until midnight. We were in a room adjacent to the pool area, which apparently never closes. -The overall look of the rooms was very sterile and echoey, lacking coziness. Adding area rugs or carpet could significantly improve the ambiance. **Breakfast Experience**: The breakfast offerings were disappointing. There were no bowls for the cereal provided, no bread or toaster, and unfortunately, no coffee. **Overall Comfort**: One bright spot was that once the noise settled, the bed was comfortable. If you decide to stay here, I recommend requesting a room away from the pool area and not planning on having breakfast. With those adjustments, it might not be a bad stay.

Very clean room. Super comfy bed and pillows!!! Nothing!!! Everything was amazing!
-
The breakfast was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to assist. Extra friendly and very welcoming.
-
Everything was very well maintained. The room was great. There were no issues with the property at all. Getting to the property was a little messy with the construction.
-
I liked the breakfast. It was really good food, and and there was a good selection The 2nd floor ice machine didn't work, there was hair in the sink, the mirrors were streaky, and they left only decaf coffee by the coffee machine.

Everything Nothing

The staff was very polite, very helpful and everything was clean and just as I would expect from Holiday Inn. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, it was best I’ve ever had during a hotel stay. The breakfast was fresh, great tasting and there was something for everyone to eat, 10/10. The breakfast staff worked non stop cleaning and keeping all things stocked. Great stay, highly recommended.

The pool was closed due to "chemicals" problem, a usual device to keep pool closed without trying to fix the problem. The breakfast was poor, with no fruit. Holiday Inns are usually better.
