Great location not far from the town center and with a beautiful view of the nearby hills. Helpful staff and nice little cafe and a great pool!

We’ve stayed here before. The style is always nice. Beds are comfy. Location is nice off the freeway but quiet. The bottom floor is not a comfortable stay. The windows need curtains and the windows feel unsafe. The room felt dingy. Next time we will def request a different floor.

As sprawling Ashland Hills is well-designed to host large events, it isn't the place one would go for intimacy or charm, or walking access to downtown. But it's a perfect place to go if you like spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds (with soft pillows!), and easy access to parking, pool, tennis courts, a large, fenced dog area for my Golden Retriever - and beautiful views if you ask in advance. Too tired to venture out, I was somewhat surprised to be able to order a dinner with perfectly cooked wild salmon! (I'm guessing that a real espresso bar would be a popular addition, but there are plenty within a 5 minute drive.)

Very friendly staff at check-in, rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean. Highly reccommend the breakfast potatoes at Luna Cafe! Best I've had in the PNW!

The whole hotel looks a little outdated but inside it was very cute. Everything was very clean and the pool was fun with towels and pool toys for the kids. The restaurant had several options to pick from you. Can't charge to your room but you could eat there or bring it back. The rooms were a little outdated but very spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed staying there and would stay there again. Perfect place for families

Great stop whenever in Ashland!

I really wish they would bing back the pre pandemic gorgeous breakfast buffet. Having to wait behind 5 people ordering a coffee while the barista tries to operate the machine and only THEN will they take my order which then takes 15 minutes to make IS NOT GOOD. I need a quick grab and go. After all this hotel is situated along highway 5 so a lot of people will use it for a one night stop. Thus they all will need a quick breakfast buffet.

It took a bit of finagling to find three outlets for three electronic devices. I ended up using the electricity off the bathroom, where the sink is. They do no longer have the breakfast, which was so many steps above a usual hotel buffet breakfast. I understand that the newest owner stopped it a bit over a year ago. Hotels.com says, or has the banner breakfast under the hotel’s name, and I believe they should take it away.

Location, suite, pool Unfriendly reception. No greeting, thank you's, smiles. Seemed annoyed when we had to ask for a printed receipt.No hair dryer, k cup coffee machine was faulty- had to go to their café to get a decent cup of coffee.

Good value clean, mostly renovated motel. We have chosen to stay multiple times

The onsite restaurant is a disaster. We waited 40 minutes for breakfast (and the place was empty) plus the food was cold when it arrived to our table. The hotel itself is OK, it is however so spread out that it resembles a Motel more than a hotel. We had a 5 minute walk from our room to the front desk.
