Overall we enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not included which would have been nice.

The hotel is a bit old with retro vibes. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathrooms need to be updated.

Unfortunately check-in took 35 minutes: Long line and only one employee at the desk.

Room was overlooking parking lot but was quiet.Nice part of town.

We were greeted nicely at the reception. The room was very spacious and clean.

Peaceful and tranquil grounds with uniquely designed spaces and comfortable spots to relax and enjoy nature all around. Our room was massive, including the spacious bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, which added to the spa-like experience. The Luna cafe has great food too. We only stayed for a night, so we didn’t get to explore the area, but this looks like the perfect place for hiking and outdoor activities during the day and relaxing and recharging afterwards. We’re planning to come back for a longer stay soon.

The room, staff and location were good. It felt rundown and kinda sad. The cafe shuts down between 2-4 with absolutely no ability to get a snack anywhere on the premises. It used to have a fun area to buy cool stuff but alas no more.

Very nice place, BUT: The major issue is the completely not equipped kitchen. Yes there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave. Not one glass, cup, plate, bowl, spoon, knife, fork, pot or pan. Yes a sink in kitchen, but no dish detergent, drying rack etc etc. In other words, a kitchen, no way to use it.

This stay was disappointing. In spite of the fact that it’s far from downtown Ashland, the hotel has been a favorite place to stay on my frequent trips between Seattle and Sacramento primarily because the stay included a wonderful breakfast spread. Recently, it has been completely eliminated. On my next trip I’ll consider a place close to town with a continental breakfast.

Room was well appointed and clean. Hot and pool were lovely. Parking was adequate. No complaints. Will stay here again.

By far, the worst room I have stayed in. Out of the 15 electrical outlets in the room, only 2 worked. Luckily, that was enough to charge my two phones. The microwave, TVs, fridge, lamps, fan, did not work. There was an open pack of Q-tips in the bathroom, but other than that, it was pretty clean, although outdated. I tried to handle this professionally by letting staff know in the morning that I wanted to speak with a manager then before leaving, I called downstairs to ask for a manager, and they didn’t know if one was available. I let them know that that’s why I let them know earlier so they could prepare to be available. I waited 15 minutes with no call and no show. I called back down to the front desk, her response was I was just about to call you and that her manager had just stepped into a meeting. I explained then that this isn’t how I wanted to handle this but that I’d be down to talk with them. After speaking with them being very nice about everything they offered Nothing And said we’re sorry that you had to deal with that. I would never ever ever ever recommend this to anybody. Although the place was great in 1970 it’s horrible now!

The cafe was understaffed. Otherwise, another amazing stay.

Keep the restaurant/ bar open past 9 pm.
