Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Property is clean and nice. Bonus they accept dogs!

The rooms were fine.

Dog and kid friendly. Even has a dog park. "Luna" restaurant open 7 am to 9 pm-ish is fabulous. Excellent food. Went to a play in Ashland and left dog at R and R Kennel. Fabulous. Bring shot record. Reasonable price.

We had one of the smallest rooms that overlooks the roof of another building! The pool was cold. No more continental breakfast. “Pay more: get less!” We probably won’t be back.

The hotel is well organized and well appointed. Restaurant has decent food, decently priced. Rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

My bed had dog hair on it, a stain and the tv did not work. I had to change rooms and did not get reimbursed for my room.

Huge comfortable rooms. Very dog friendly and nice and quiet.

It was fine for one night

The check in process for 2 rooms was difficult and the staff at the coffee counter had problems and lack of supplies. Additionally, the room did not appear well vacuumed.

We booked this hotel for the pool and enjoyed that very much. Not walkable to the Shakespeare festival, but within a short drive. Worth it for the pool. Bed was comfortable. Might stay here again.

The next day, I was sitting on the window sill and noticed a few ants on my leg. The room had two sinks—one in the bathroom and one near the door—but there was only one hand soap. That’s strange and doesn’t feel like a hotel following proper cleanliness standards.

Lots of pillows and a comfy bed. Really enjoyed our stay. Room was a lot bigger than expected

The suites were so spacious and well equipped for our last night of cooking before getting home. The bed was SO luxuriously soft that I don’t think I moved all night. The pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day of driving. The design details were so charming. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back for a longer visit.

There was trash on the floor by the curtains when we arrived. There was only one small bar of soap to be used between two sinks and a shower. The ironing board was broken and unusable. No one came to take out the trash or replace the coffee mugs and coffee pods. Not what I expect when paying $300 a night. It was equivalent to a dirty, poorly maintained budget motel. Very disappointing.

This property is caught between trying to be catchy and just being old for the price that it runs. I do not recommend.
