Love this hotel. It’s very quiet and you cannot hear a thing outside your room- no people walking down the hall or road noise. Huge rooms- only downside is that they used to have free breakfast and now they don’t. There’s a cafe to purchase food and it looked good. This is one of my fave hotels to stay at. Highly recommend. The pool is the biggest hotel pool I’ve seen.

Great pool area. Comfortable bed. Room could use remodeling. Our room overlooked parking and highway 5. Inner courtyard room would have been worth a bit more money.

That makes it very dangerous to do any financial transactions while at the Property No Stock market trading No purchases that include providing financial and personal information I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THERE IS NO SECURE INTERNET ACCESS WHEN THAT IS SO IMPORTANT IN TODAY’S WORLD 2) Disappointing that they No Longer have a Buffet Style Breakfast included. The Breakfast was a main stay at this property and made it more enjoyable.

We enjoyed this visit from the moment we arrived—from the friendly staff and inviting lobby to the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. The king-sized bed had a wealth of cloud soft pillows and the room was quiet. The staff put us on the ground floor with a direct exit outside for our pup. And downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival were just a short drive away. We’ll be back!

It is old and doesn't look like the photos. Not worth the extra cost. Holiday Inn is newer and includes breakfast and is less expensive. $30 for dog is too expensive.

Very good

Balcony, so we got plenty of fresh air. Easy, no-stairs access to our room. The hotel is a bit old and has a slight old/musty smell. I'm hyper-sensitive to cleaning detergent smells and aging buildings.

Top value for the money! Very close to downtown Ashland. It was clean, and quiet. Overall, go and enjoy the area!! Restaurant had no table service. Good choices.

Exceptional

The Luna cafe was actually surprisingly good with friendly and helpful staff. Front desk really nice! Deluxe suite was dated and had adu shower, disappointed to pay extra for a crappy room, with pizza slice art on wa ?!?!?!?. Smelt like marijuana :/ the resort looks really nice on the outside though and the pool and courts are very nice.
