Great amenities. The availability of a sauna was also great. Loud neighbors. This isn’t in the hotel’s control, but that’s the only think I can think of.

Clean, easy and good value. Very pleasant interactions with the staff. Lots of options at breakfast.

Great front office staff. Quiet....
-
nice large room door to bathroom did not shut and needed wood work

The person greeting us was very helpful and even upgraded our room. The door to our room however was very noisy and moderately difficult to open and close. The outdoor pool had a portion of the siding falling off. Breakfast was delicious and had various things that even my picky child liked, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall would recommend but could do with a few repairs is all :)

This place is a bit of a well-kept secret, close enough to everything without being in the hassle of downtown. And the amenities are better than advertised.

Room was clean and pleasant. We have stayed here several times.

No toilet paper holder — my husband bought one and also bought toilet paper. Molding was ripped off along bathroom door frame—nails exposed, 2 dogs constantly barking in the room next door.
-
I like how the bathroom sinks were separate from shower. Breakfast was good.

The owner and his family were exceptionally kind and helpful. My room, though clean was a bit dark.

I was able to check in a little early which was very much appreciated. This place was a great value for the one night I needed to stay while in Ashland. It was close enough to the downtown area where I spent most of my time. I also liked that they have a pool, hot tub, and sauna. I did not have the time to use any of these. Maybe next time? I can't think of anything I didn't like about this motel.

The room was clean and had the features I needed, microwave, fridge, comfortable bed. I liked the location. The staff was responsive and helped me with a few issues. The manager wanted to make sure I had a good stay so that was a plus. The outside light lit up my room way too much. Most likely only a problem with room 421.

Totally love this place. Amazing value for what it offers. Not in the center of town, but we had an amazing Thai dinner in walking distance. Did not use the pool or Sauna, but stunning those facilities are offered. I am looking forward to returning here.
