The hotel staff was very respectful and kind. He put us in a room in a quiet area that was just right for our needs. We really appreciated it.

I like the new improvements. But curtains didn’t cover all the length of the windiws

Breakfast had fresh waffles, scrambled egg sausage, orange juice, coffee yogurts muffins, bananas, fruit toast, bagels cream cheese jellies. They are in the process of updating floors, bathrooms, etc. But a lot of old parts still show, especially on the exterior. Our room was pretty small. Bathroom did not support a sink but there was a sink in the room. Shower was nice although there was no shelf for shampoos, soap, etc.

This family-run establishment offers everything you'd want from a motel in this range -- comfortable rooms, indoor pool, even a nice sauna. Clean grounds and well-maintained rooms. The proprietors were on-site, and very accommodating. A short drive (or a long walk) from downtown. Totally worth the price.

Room and bedding clean enough. Staff was very nice. Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke., Room too small, tired looking. Breakfast rather sad.

Older hotel, however the room was completely updated and comfortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. However, this hotel also houses section 8 like living in many of their rooms and it became very loud. The walls are paper think and we could hear everything from the family of 4 living in the next room. The bathrooms are not accessible for any mobility issues, both the towel rack and shelf under the tv were barely hanging on. Staff helped by offering a change of accommodations but we stuck it out, however, we will not be returning there.

Easy check-in, hot and cold breakfast, good coffee, helpful staff, grab and go dinners all in the asking price. An above average value with easy access to SOU, OSF and downtown Ashland.
