We stayed in an accessibility room which was a suite. Ample space. Air conditioner was too far from sleeping area. I don't know why they had a bench type piece of furniture at the foot of the bed. I moved it in to make the room more accessible. We had to ask at the front desk for more toilet paper. Breakfast was ample, eggs actually pretty good which I can't often say for powdered eggs. Somewhat the same food offered the three days we ate there. The serving area is somewhat cramped. Clerks were fairly good about keeping food stocked.

We booked and paid for a room online only to get to the hotel at 10 pm and have them tell us they didn't have a room for us. We had to call around and find another hotel, then spend another 90 minutes on the phone trying to get my money back..

Quiet location. Very near the university and about 10 min from the Shakespeare theater. Friendly staff. Good value, not fancy.

#1 Southern Oregon is footsteps away. We were at the tour start stop withing a 5 minute walk. Our room was very clean and included a good sized mini fridge, A K-cup machine and assorted PODS. More PODS were available in the office. The pool was clean and there were chairs and towels located at the pool. Ice machine worked great. We had breakfast two days. On both days there were juices, coffee, yogurts. muffins, bread/bagel selection, butter/cream cheese/jam, make your own waffles with and stuff to put on top. Fresh Fruit was only available on day 2, but we did not ask the front desk what was in the bowl. On day two the bowl had oranges and bananas. Parking was easy to find and usuall available right in front. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the Shaskespeare festival and lots of cute boutiques and restaurants. ( 7-even, Subway, Mexican Food and a Sanwhich shop were all within a 2-3 minute walk from the Inn if you don't want to drive downtown.)

There were picture holders on the walls with no pictures. The towels had threads hanging from them. Tried to switch rooms but nothing on the ground floor available, was dealing with a virtual kiosk with someone in another country. "Breakfast" was not what I would call it. Tried to contact ownership when I got home and they never responded. It's a cheap hotel so you get what you get.

Virtual check in was efficient but very eerie. Rarely ever leave a bad review but this was egregious

The room was clean, but small. The shower was really small. The staff were friendly. We did not like the breakfast. The blow dryer was broken.

I didn’t really like the self check in, especially when they had staff in the office available. You’re tired from traveling, I just want someone to check my id, hand me my room key, and send me on my way with a smile. Our room did not look like the “suite” we booked online at all. We had 3 adults in our room and there were exactly that many towels in our unit. You had to go to the office & request more. Our biggest issue was that our tv did not work correctly. We let the staff know, she gave us new batteries and said she would send someone down; that never happened. I told them again during checkout, so we did get a percentage off of our bill. That was nice. The pros: it was within walking distance to graduation, so that was very convenient. Cons: for what I paid, I would not book again, especially with tv not working during USA World Cup match & Knicks championship game airing.

This place is old, rundown, unkept, and not in a safe area. Don’t stay here even if you’re trying to save money, it’s not worth it.

We reserved a deluxe suite. Apparently they were overbooked so we were given a superior room without any refund for the difference between the two rooms. The hotel was booked and we were told we got the last room. It was very worn, had a musty odor and there were flies in the room and dirty grout in the bathroom. We killed a few flies and more kept popping up. They were landing on us as we were trying to sleep and we had to get up and kill more. The carpets were stained and left dark spots on my daughter’s white socks. There was a very old liquid stained recliner in the room that no one wanted to touch. Overall, we were disappointed. We’ve been traveling for a couple of weeks and this was the most expensive room we’ve paid for and by far the worst one we’ve been in.

When we raised the issue, we were told that our room would be cleaned the following day, but that never happened. We also had to request clean towels ourselves. This is the main reason we would not stay here again. The rates are not low enough to justify the lack of this basic service. We travel frequently, and this is the first hotel we’ve experienced that did not provide daily housekeeping during our stay. Unless you don’t mind not having your room cleaned or your bed made during your stay, this hotel may be acceptable. However, for the price, I believe there are better options that provide the level of service most travelers would expect.

Second time here and always perfect; location near breakfast places makes it so easy to stay, or you can grab something in the breakfast room

Staff was friendly.

Very comfortable bed, great AC- a good standard hotel experience

The room was basic and clean. Breakfast was slim pickings. The staff was wonderful.

The location and the room were just fine! And when I needed something from the front desk, Shasta, the manager, was a great help. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown, which was nice after the 8 PM show that night. owever, the breakfast was cleaned out pretty early. They seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of people who wanted it.

Great price for a very decent and comfortable motel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location felt very safe. I was surprised at the size of the room - 2 double beds with good sized mini fridge and microwave with a small seating area. Another plus is that there are many amenities nearby. You can walk to Safeway and other dining options. Only caveat is that the TV was local channels only and I couldn’t stream anything. No big deal, I will definitely stay here again.

Even though I booked a room with 2 queen beds weeks in advance, they gave me a room with one king because they overbooked. They apologized but did or said nothing else to try to make my stay better.
