Best Western Windsor Inn

Room was a nice size and very clean. Pool and hot tub were great. If you want a jacuzzi tub, you have to specifically ask for it and it costs more. Info. on the internet did not clarify that.

The room was much older than I expected. It felt more like a motel. It was clean except for the carpets and the wall underneath the ac which looked like spots of mold. Staff was wonderful.

This is a nice property overall. Easy access, well-stocked breakfast, good outdoor pool and hot tub, and a fitness center that doesn't feel like it's in a dungeon.

Very clean and well kept, a decent look and hot tub. We had a spacious room with a fridge. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Lovely room Shower curtain rod poorly installed. Shower curtain kept slipping to the middle.

We thought the very large property was maintained great and the room was very clean and smelled fresh. We will stay again for sure.

Very convenient location. Staff was helpful and great stop for a mid-roadtrip stay. Nice pool and continental breakfast.

The only real minus for me is the free bfast. We were there for 3 nights and we basically ate the same thing every day. Bfast options should be high on y'alls improvement list.

Receptionist at check in was very helpful and shared information about signing up for member rewards

The woman who checked me in on Sunday night was very courteous, nice and professional. She set the tone for a nice stay.

Had a nice stay but unfortunately the fires caused a cancellation of the outdoor play. Went back and sat by the pool floor a night evening.

It’s a nice quiet location. It is set close to the freeway and not the downtown area. It can feel a little commuter, but very clean and comfortable.
