Best Western Windsor Inn

Although we indicated that we didn’t need housekeeping services, we received them anyway. Which became a good thing because the first morning we noticed that we had not been given adequate coffee supplies nor adequate amenities (shampoo, etc). Housekeeping that came that day remedied the situation. We discovered that we had only been provided with coffee service for one and we were double occupants. Also, the sign board indicated that breakfast would include omelets and none were provided. The breakfast offering was meager at best.

The breakfast was great. Loved the yogurt stand especially. A few more options for healthy add-ins (low sugar, healthy cereals).

Pleasant surroundings Very poor lighting in the room. Leaking shower faucet.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and beds comfortable, staff friendly, good location

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was generous. Bed was comfy.

We loved this motel. Nuff said

not much. very few choices. better toast options & pastries. The oatmeal was mostly water.

Service. External appearance. Cleanliness. Pool. Parking was limited. Breakfast could be better. We asked for a roll out bed and you were out. Maybe get a couple more?

Very good

Whenever I come to Ashland for the plays, I always stay at the Windsor Inn. Check-in is fast and easy, rooms are comfortable and spacious, and a nice variety of breakfast choices. The nearby restaurants for dinner are within walking distance from the hotel.

Located right of freeway room was good size and dog friendly lots of food options close by.

Facilities and comfortable room Next to pool

good breakfast, location, accomodation

The staff member at check in was not the friendliest person. I felt like we were bothering her being there. The pool and breakfast were very nice to have. The rooms were good.

Awesome!

Very good

Very helpful staffs! We are very satisfied for everything .

Breakfast was pretty bad. Eggs were watery along with oatmeal. Bacon was interesting The breakfast

Pancake machine was working and breakfast area was large No private hallways

We checked into our 2nd floor room in the afternoon. Check in was fine, front desk staff gave very helpful suggestions about getting around town and the parking situation in downtown. I laid down to take a nap while my husband went out to explore a bit. I was shocked that the door blew wide open and would not latch. We called down and they sent someone up to show us a "trick". We were told the wood in our section of rooms has warped to the point the doors do not latch unless you "slam" your palm down on the interior handle in order to "pop out" the latching mechanism. Breakfast was good and kept well stocked. Honestly, the staff was the best part of the stay. They need to invest in elevators and maintenance.
