Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richmond Ashland

Absolutely beautiful, clean, and incredibly convenient hotel with wonderful hospitality throughout. I especially loved looking out the window and seeing four different places to eat within easy reach! Honestly, nothing! This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had, and I was extremely pleased with everything.

The room was clean and even though our room was next door to the elevator, it was a quiet room.

Only stayed for 1 night.Very friendly and professional staff , general manager recommended the Mexican restaurant across from the hotel for dinner and they didn’t disappoint.

Room service is not available. Breakfast closes early and not enough choices. Beacon is available only for certain people.

Clean and well appointed. The suites are not separated by a door as promised on the phone.

Staff onsite is amazing and lots of parking. Room looks the same onsite.

Breakfast was wonderful. Front desk staff was great. The room was way too small for 2 queen beds. For 3 adults and a wheelchair it was hard to navigate. The bathroom was adequate. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy.

Easy access off 95. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There wasn’t a mall or shopping plaza close by.
