This was the perfect location for walking everywhere at a very reasonable price. Our dog loved it too.!

AML was a good budget option in Aspen. Finishes are bit tired. Great location for the money.

Would have liked being able to make room colder

The AC Unit maybe needs to be replaced. Otherwise the stay was amazing.

Its a very basic hotel with exceptional staff. For Aspen it was an incredible value. The AC was exceptional. The front desk clerks were beyond kind and supportive. We will definitely stay there again. Very basic rooms but clean and orderly.

No elevator in the building, stairs difficult to navigate for older customers. Continental breakfast was below average. Again, navigating all of the stairs if wanting to take breakfast back to your room was difficult. On a positive note, located a short 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown.

Ruben, the general manager was welcoming and very helpful during our stay. The property was clean, beds comfortable, healthy breakfast, and location is downtown Aspen. Price was very fair for Aspen. The place suit our needs for a weekend.

The location was great and staff very friendly & helpful!

Coffee and breakfast was amazing. Easy walk to town and right on bus line.

Rebekah was an amazing front desk girl. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Loved the walking distance to town and like the pet friendly option.

I booked a room with a large balcony and was put in a completely different room which was smaller and didn’t have a balcony. I was not offered any compensation since the prices were different and the hotel blamed booking, booking blamed hotel. I wasted too much time on the phone trying to figure out how to not be charged an arm and a leg for a room I didnt even get. Horrible place.

Staff were extremely rude and condescending.
-
Everything was great, Rebecca at the front desk was one of the highlights. Oh and the dogs, thank you again!
-
We stayed for so small duration there wS nothing we could pick to say that was bad. Overall it was a comfortable one night. What we loved is its proximity to airport.
-
Friendly staff, breakfast and hot tub Hot tub hours ending early. Until midnight would be ideal.
-
Great location and great amenities Walls were a little thin but other than that it was great
-
Bathrooms could be more modern but they were very clean. Stocked nicely.
-
Excellent location. Quiet rooms.
-
Loved breakfast and weekend happy hours Some other guest messed up the hot tub and it was shut down before we had the chance to use this great amenity

Breakfast was fine. I'm all about the coffee and half and half, and it was provided. My husband loved the stealcut oats! The yogurt options all contained sugar.
