No elevator in the building, stairs difficult to navigate for older customers. Continental breakfast was below average. Again, navigating all of the stairs if wanting to take breakfast back to your room was difficult. On a positive note, located a short 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown.

Ruben, the general manager was welcoming and very helpful during our stay. The property was clean, beds comfortable, healthy breakfast, and location is downtown Aspen. Price was very fair for Aspen. The place suit our needs for a weekend.

The location was great and staff very friendly & helpful!

Coffee and breakfast was amazing. Easy walk to town and right on bus line.

Rebekah was an amazing front desk girl. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Loved the walking distance to town and like the pet friendly option.

I booked a room with a large balcony and was put in a completely different room which was smaller and didn’t have a balcony. I was not offered any compensation since the prices were different and the hotel blamed booking, booking blamed hotel. I wasted too much time on the phone trying to figure out how to not be charged an arm and a leg for a room I didnt even get. Horrible place.

Staff were extremely rude and condescending.

Everything was great, Rebecca at the front desk was one of the highlights. Oh and the dogs, thank you again!

The staff were very helpful this was last minute booking when our flights got cancelled out of Aspen airport due to winter storm. Staff were promptly answering questions either over email and over phone. When we arrived everything was clean. For kids who were super hungry they have readily available fruits in dining area that was such a blessing. We stayed for so small duration there wS nothing we could pick to say that was bad. Overall it was a comfortable one night. What we loved is its proximity to airport.

Rebekah was incredibly nice, as were the other hosts!!! Loved the hospitality, advice, happy hour, breakfast. Great place!!!!! Bathrooms could be more modern but they were very clean. Stocked nicely.

Quiet rooms.

Loved breakfast and weekend happy hours Some other guest messed up the hot tub and it was shut down before we had the chance to use this great amenity

Breakfast was fine. I'm all about the coffee and half and half, and it was provided. My husband loved the stealcut oats! The yogurt options all contained sugar.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They made our beds and gave us fresh towels everyday. Staff was UBER friendly and the service was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some remodeling.

Absolutely the best value in Aspen. Right next to the shuttles and about 6 minutes walk to town. Clean room good breakfast fantastic staff. All at the most reasonable price in Aspen. Like others the hot water took a long time. But it’s no big deal. Just let it run a bit first. The bathroom is a little dated but again no big deal. Definitely recommend
