Staff was nice at check in and when we shared our issues with the room. Elevator was broken, we were put on 3rd floor with ADA room that had no counter in the bathroom literally nothing to put even a toothbrush on. Small pedestal sink with nothing around it whatsoever. It was so odd. And the 2nd floor iron gate door banged 50x between 11p and 7a. We were a floor above it and it was so loud I can only imagine what the rooms heard on that floor. There was a view of an abandoned boarded up house out our window.

Only issue was the elevator wasn't operating.

The breakfast was very nice, the staff was excellent. We stayed four days. My husband and I have stayed many times before. However this visit the elevator was out the entire time. My husband and I both have physical disabilities, so getting to the third floor for breakfast was a real problem. I wish I would have checked or have been notified before our stay that the elevator was not working. In addition the ice machine was also out of order.☹️
