I stayed for week of and left the day after the 4th of July. Even for the busy holiday the parking and security of the room were amazing. Front desk treated me with great respect as well as the housekeeper whenever request were made and they were made sure they were met. Since my last stay the beds have increased in size and comfort as well as the luxury of the showers, cabinets for my hygiene and clothes and appliances in the room. As well as the price being affordable was just icing on the cake for me and I would highly recommend this establishment for a short or long stay in the city of Atascadero.

* The rooms were extremely dirty. There was women’s hair all over the bed and the floor, and even nail clippings left in different places. The bed covers were not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend booking this place. * The floors were so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on the entire time because my socks would get dirty from walking on them. * There was no shower gel, shampoo, or any other basic toiletries provided. * Overall, the place was very dirty and poorly maintained.

Upon check-in, there were problems with the front desk. The usual desk clerk was not available, so another family member stepped in to assist (we were told). He was not familiar with the computer system, so that took long. Though I got into the lobby first, he helped another lady who came in afterwards (and I found out later that she was there a half hour earlier and the man was not able to assist her yet). The check-in process took a half hour. The desk clerk kept answering phone calls, which delayed the check-in even more. It was very inefficient, especially for a small inn. When I finally got into the room, it appeared clean but there was a heavy floral antiseptic smell in the room. The bathroom toilet was dirty where the lid hinged the bowl. There were no soaps, shampoo, and half a roll of toilet paper with no toilet roll holder. I had to ask the desk for more soap, toilet paper, and they didn't provide any shampoo (like isn't this a basic service?). For the beds, some pillows were lumpy and others were flat as pancakes. The pillow cases were off-white and did not match. The bathroom light was an automatic light that flickered on/off, even when you were using the bathroom sink and counter. This off/on light affected the whole room. I only needed one night there, thankfully. I don't understand charging $200 for a sub-par room, but it seems that is the lower end rate for that area. I really wish the motels in the Paso Robles/Atascadero areas were better.

I am not happy with the room and prices how I pay for my room

Very quiet area. Good room size. Beds are perfect. You get a fridge and microwave a plus. Good area you have McDonald and gas station near by. I feel bed sheets and room need better cleaning. There was stains on the mirror and stains on the bedding.. maybe air fresheners in the rooms would be a good idea.

The staff was great. Provided all the info and was very welcoming. The room was clean as well for it being an Inn. I would stay here again. Check in and Check out was easy,

This property was disgusting and extremely unhygienic. The room smelled like urine and mold and there were what appeared to be urine stains on the bed and pillows. There were no sheets. Based on my experience, I don’t know if they ever clean these rooms.

Only one cup. A pot but no coffee. Parking was good. Bed was ok.

Staff was amazing

No internet for my room. No rubber mat to stand on in the bathtub, the bottom of which was very slick, so it was necessary to use one of the towels to stand on while showering.

The door key didn’t work at all even got a swap and still the keys wouldn’t work good I had to put them in and out 4-5 times before the door would open.

Very friendly and accommodating person at the front desk - I believe the owner. The hotel is near done with its complete renovation. There were a couple of insignificant bugs to work out/finish - but it is so much nicer than it was before. Nice new and modern amenities in the rooms

They let us stay even though I lost my wallet and ID which was so kind. But the whole place smelled of cat piss and was so gross. Its very motel 6 if you just need to crash then great but don't expect clean.
