I didn’t like that the restroom sink would fill up with water while only having it on for not very long, the shower would leak lots of water from the faucet, also $75 a night for incidental fees is bazaar after the room I was given had issues.

It’s a new hotel very clean and well maintained. They have complimentary Costa coffee machines at the lobby. The breakfast buffet had pancake makers. We had a great stay here with kids.

We stay there 2 to 3 times a year. We really like it there. The one and only thing that we can think of is the tall beds. Mom is 4' 10" and disabled. It's very hard for her to get on and off the bed.

Rooms smelled like sewer. Rude breakfast worker. Loud refrigerator so we unplugged it. Rooms nothing special. Breakfast food not great. Too expensive

My favorite hotel I’ve stayed in the area so far. The staff was very friendly, breakfast had a good variety of options, it was clean, and they offered plenty of towels and amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation due to the timber fire in Big Sur. I wasn't informed that the PCH was closed until one day before our stay. Holiday Inn very graciously waved the cancelation charges Thank you so much
