Very nice and clean facility, unfortunately I was on the 2nd floor and the guests above me were loud and inconsiderate, the ones beside me had the TV on all night long and the walls are so thin that we couldn’t sleep and you can hear the freeway traffic as well.

The hotel cancelled our stay. No communication. We were driving and hiking all day and arrived at 10 pm exhausted with kids. We were turned away with no available hotel to stay at in our budget. When we finally found a hotel it was located an hr and half away which we didn’t reach until 12:30. Kids were crying and it was dangerous because we do not know this area and driving in the dark around mountains is very dangerous and scary for all of us.

The staff was incredible. The facility was clean. The only suggestion I have is that the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t good.

Room was large and clean. Housekeeping came daily to freshen the beds and towels. TV did not have many channels or streaming.

It was very quiet… almost too quiet. Some kind of white noise was needed. We didn’t hear anything through the walls, just opening/ closing of doors

The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was okay. When I got to the dining area they had run out of hot water and the vegetarian omelet. It took the server a while before items were replenished, to be fair I think it was only one server in that area and it seemed under staffed.

Everything was great. My family enjoyed the hot tub/pool as well as the breakfast.
