First night ice cold shower.. . Talked to staff next shower burning Hot...

Booked to not have to drive all the way home from watching the fireworks at piano and it was super clean in the room everything was great thank you!

Was very poor service. Power was out in half the room 1st. Night. Also no room cleaning overall it was very.poor service in going to contact corporate for atleast some credit.

The manager lady of. The property stood outside by my door waited for my boyfriend to come out to say no guests and he couldn't come back we stayed there together overnight! It was very weird and uncomfortable he had to leave me overnight by myself

I was grateful to have a room that was warm. Power was out in one of more of the building. Only had one light and one plug but was enough. Nothing but hot hot water in shower, no cold water

Two minor inconveniences … There is no electric plug near the sink to use with my hair dryer & curling iron. Also, there is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put shampoo, razor.

The rooms were very nice as were the staff. The room was newly remodeled and very clean.

It was clean and staff replied to a request for a fan by purchasing and delivering one to us ASAP. Remodeling process not complete. Upgrading in process.

Struggled with water temperature though. Difficult to get hot water.

Don't stay there!

I liked that the room was in a private location and that the laundry was available 24 hours. The housekeeping staff was great, but the manager was a little off. My kids were in the room just kicking back in their beds and I was in the bathroom. Both my kids told me, after the fact, that the manager was looking in our window. When she noticed that they were there, she apologized and left. What? I'm sorry doesnt cut it. If she had a question, knock on the door like a normal person. I wish they had told me this when it happened. We would have left immediately. I'll never stay there again seeing as I can't feel safe knowing I might be spied on in my room. Cameras outside, thats fine. But I'm not okay with a peeping manager!

Very close to freeway. But still quite quiet. Keep in mind that beds are full size, not queen (read description). Room is small (we had a 2 bed room). Not a single hook in a room, nowhere to put your clothes, no wardrobe. AC blowing right into your face in the bed. But some people like it. Rooms are small in average.

Close to the State Hopital. We got locked out of the Bathroom, we told a staff member we were leaving and gave permission to enter the room, came back late and only to find the Bathroom was still locked, at 1:00 in the morning another staff member gave us the tool to unlock the door.

TV did not work and outlet in bathroom did not work.

The AC was not working and the hotel is run down There are mold in the shower I have to call housekeepers because the shower floor is dirty The room is so small and not updated the bed are old and the furnitures are old

It was a recently remodeled room so it was clean and looked decent. Just know they do not do early check in only 3pm or after on the dot. I called the night before if 1pm check in would be possible and they said yes. Once we got there the manager said they don’t so I was put in a tight spot because we had to get ready for a 3pm wedding. If they had told me no the night before we would’ve gotten ready at home and then driven to wedding. She didn’t even try to see if she could accommodate.
