The night staff was very friendly

The property is very well maintained. The room clean, cool and comfortable. I recommend to other guests.

The lobby nor the room was clean and the towels and sheets were stained so bad and nobody was at front desk when I checked out to get my receipt.

Clean and quiet. Room had a microwave and refrigerator. full breakfast. wish there was coffee available in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and just what you need for a one night layover. Nothing fancy, but better than most

I was sick of stomach, starting the first evening, up until the time I left. This morning when I was leaving, I realized it was mildew and mold on the ceiling in the hallway where sink is and mold in the bathroom. The ceiling also had brown spots on the ceiling where it been wet. There was NEVER not one at the desk EVERY time I tried to address it. Just a bucket that said leave your key in the bucket when checking out. I really think they need to address it and not rent room 108 out.

Good price for what you get Employee that was working there was useless, i waited 15 minutes for him to show up in the lobby. He was outside somewhere doing something just sat there could have stole anything.

The bed was a little low to the ground. The pillows weren’t very good. Eveything else was good.

Close to our venue The receptionist insisted on a 100 dollar "cash deposit " that we would get back in the morning during checkout, no receipt nothing, the room was dirty and noisy ( elephant in room above us walking around) night, outside noises, doors, wires hanging down in the hallway stains on the ceiling, smell in the room, asks other guests if they were required to make a 100 cash deposit and they said no. Need to be reported and pulled from booking. Com

Room was clean and well appointed, breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, yogurt... nice room, clean, great location for travel, and VERY economical. 100% will stay again.

Room was clean. Gentleman at front desk was friendly.

Hallways smelled like smoke. Stains on some of the underneath bedding and pillows. Cigarette burn on the comforter. Other than that, the room was clean. You pay for what you get I guess.

Easy to book. Inexpensive. Clean and comfortable. Our shower drained slowly and kept water on your feet as you showered. Seemed dirty to my husband.

Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room

This experience did not meet basic health, safety, or cleanliness standards, and the room was not as advertised.

Well, we couldn't stay here. The place reeked of marijuana, and had some strange policies. The front desk attendant was very friendly, however, when we started to bring our bicycles inside, we were told we couldn't bring them inside at all. They are clean bicycles we were traveling with as part of our vacation plans. They said we could keep them outside on our car rack, and there would be cameras on them all night. Yeah, we were absolutely not going to leave our bicycles outside at a Super 8 motel to come out the next day to find them missing or stripped. I also didn't believe for a minute that someone at the motel would have their eyes on them all night. Apparently you can smoke in a non smoking facility there, bring in pets, but not bring in clean, nice road bicycles. So we had to book elsewhere and the motel refused to refund us, even though this was minutes after checking in. The Fairfield Inn next door was amazing and had zero issues with us bringing our bikes inside. We will be taking our refund up with Expedia, in no area of the terms did it say we couldn't bring bicycles inside. If Expedia refuses, we'll take it up with other consumer agencies.
