All staff was amazing. The air conditioner in the room was rather noisy. There was a hole in the wall with a pipe in it.

Clean, great location, fast check in and staff were nice. Bed had a hole in the middle as soon as I laid down. Had to put a pillow in the hole to keep from rolling into it. Wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast was...... well horrible.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very very helpful. We had a small issue with the AC and they were super helpful to help resolve the problem. Also we left something behind and i called them. Very helpful staff again. I can recommend this hotel for sure.

Excellent hotel, clean and a good condition. The staff were outstanding. The breakfast was your typical hot hotel breakfast. The only thing that kept us from receiving five stars was the pullout bed mattress was really awful. The person sleeping on that mattress said it was like sleeping inside of a bowl. I would stay there again, but not get a room with a pullout bed.

I rented a room for two days thruhotels .com ! On the morning of the second day the hotel called my cell while i was at the hospital as my wife was having surgery ! Thats the reason for my visit to Athens ! As i was waiting the hotel called me and asked me if i was staying the second day !’ Why ?

Very clean and loved the staff. Room was great. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working so after 5 showers water would be running down the walls and drip on the floor. My kids went swimming and after they were in the pool for 10-15 min the maintenance guy came and said he forgot to put the sign up but he had just shocked the pool! I was pretty upset and he just kinda acted like it was no big deal. Later that day we checked to see if we could swim but the pool was closed.
