Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was huge, and enough space for our group of four adults and 2 young children with lots of energy. The only cons were the pool was out of service and this being the kid’s first hotel experience, the pool was a major reason that we stayed here…it was very hard to explain to two young, excited children that the pool they had sat patiently in a car for 6 hours for was closed. ( we found out after they got swimsuited up and rode the elevator down). Another con was that while most of the room was very clean, the shower floor was so dirty we all wore shoes while bathing; and there was only enough towels, etc for 4 people when we booked for 6. The fold out couch had to used for one in our group because the beds were doubles not queens, and when we unfolded there were no pillows, pillow cases, or sheets for that person to use while sleeping; just a bare mattress.

They had a lot of extra's i wasn't expecting. The rooms were roomy! The staff was great and helpful and check in-out was easy.

Breakfast was a nightmare. We thought we were down there “early” at 7:30AM and the whole room was already a wreck. No cereal, no bagels, yogurt machine empty, and the 3 waffle machines weren’t even in use. Anything that was supposed to be served hot would never pass a food inspection and I wouldn’t let my kids eat the bacon as it was cold. Some bagels did get put out, but they were straight from the freezer and then burned in the rotating toaster. The eggs were barely heated up from clearly being frozen also.

Beautiful, clean, and smells brand new! Front desk staff said the hotel opened about a year and half ago. Parking was safe. Rooms were very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and they had a good selection. Would definitely save this hotel for future travels.
