Enjoyed our stay. Great location at a decent price

This hotel was nasty! It had dirty blankets and towels clearly visible they were dirty. Felt like a horror story. Nasty we didn’t even stay!

And after first walking in I thought he made a mistake and gave me a smoking room cause all I can smell from first step in room was cigarette smoke ! He said no u have a non smoking room but people smoke in hallway and smell gets into room ! Absolute lies ! This room was 100 % smoked in and smoked a lot .. smell never went away . He actually came in with a spray bottle sprayed TWO sprays in air and said that should help !! Take a guess if it helped … DID NOT HELP AT ALL . Also at check in (through a window with woman (who barely spoke English ) said sorry computers down . Come back later . So o had to wait in my car for an hour .. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Location is perfect when attending a UGA football game. It’s walking distance which was the reason for our stay. The hotel said 2 day stay required during football season. However, the room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we had raging headaches while inside the room. For non-smokers, it was the worst experience. It was so bad we left early due to our reaction to the odor.

The tv didn’t work nor did the a/c. We notified the staff and were told that the a/c wasn’t old. Not sure what that meant, but it only ran on the low setting and after 3 hrs the room was at 88 degrees. We checked out after 4 hours because we would not be able to sleep in that heat, and person at the desk said “have a nice day”. Wasted the money, and won’t book there again.

The property itself left much to be desired. You get what you pay for.

It was good for needing a place to rest our head after the concert. It could definitely use work on cleanliness.

The place was so dirty I had to wear shoes in the room. Loud, staff was unseen, faucets didnt work, ac was loud, lobby was locked the whole time. It was so bad we gave up our last night and went somewhere else

That is was close to UGA The room was dirty, the sheets and blankets had burn holes in them, the man at the front desk was very rude. I would not stay here again.

late check in was slow & thru a window slot (lobby locked) exterior of room door had rusted metal, paint peeling security latch on door was broken/bent, non functional (previous door break in) water was seeping up thru bath floor tiles in the morning (source?) coffee in lobby in morning was watery. went out to get coffee & card key would not work (idk?). waited 5 mins for someone to come to desk to reactivate card. gave only my room number (no name, no id) and they gave me a room key. old mattresses. thin bedding sheets and comforter. towels smelled off, altho looked clean never again. spend an additional $100 when visiting Athens…
