This stay met our expectations and was a good experience.

Clean and kind service.

The location is excellent, with in walking distance of downtown Athens and the University of Georgia.

Conveniently located

King size bed room. Bed was super comfortable and pillows next level. For an overnight stay the location is great.

Great location and clean It is such a shame that you gouge the prices so much when there are UGA activities on campus. The greed you display is disappointing. As long as we come on off times for the college the rates are very reasonable otherwise definitely not.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a strong cooking smell in our room the first night we were there. Our room was 301, So we asked to be moved to another room farther away from the breakfast area. They were happy to move us the next day all the way to the other end of the hallway on the 4th floor. That was much better. The outside pool was nice, but could have been cleaned a little better. There were leaves on the bottom of the pool and some floating on top. The safe in the room we changed to was not working, so we let them know and they came up right away to fix it. It needed a new battery and the gentleman that fixed it was very nice and said if there was anything else we needed to just let him know! We like staying here because it’s a great location, close to downtown. The breakfast was very good, they change it up each day with different meats and eggs. All in all it’s a very nice place to stay.

Very clean. Comfy beds. Convenient location. Strange hotel layout but workable. Need more ice machines. Breakfast was not the greatest. Apple and orange juices were empty, biscuits were a little hard and not everyone likes turkey sausage.

Beds were fine, but not great. Breakfast not so good. Pancake machine not working, orange juice dispensed from machine was like water. $10 for parking on-site. Not the best HI we ever stayed at.

Hotel was very clean, bed and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and location was excellent! We were able to walk too many stores bars, and restaurants in downtown Athens. Will definitely stay again!

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast is decent. I was disappointed with the pool and appearance of the pool area. The pool was not clean. It’s unfortunate the area is not one of there priorities. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool and it was disappointing. The rooms are very small and they are under staffed.

Rooms was clean. Breakfast was very good I though i had free parking, I was told i did not at check in. Parking lot design is very odd

The neighborhood across the street is pretty sketchy .

The building looked like a prison on the outside. They kept it locked, which made me believe the area was full of thieves and I wasn’t comfortable at all. I ended up leaving one day early and I wouldn’t recommend that dump to anyone and $180 was a rip off.
