Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Was told my reservation wasn’t working right so he said he would refund and book again for the same rate. I was charged full price and have tried to call to fix it several times with no answer

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. Breakfast was fabulous. I was most impressed by the lengths the desk clerk who was on duty for both afternoons of our stay. She went the extra mile to make us comfortable while we were playing cards in the dining area, noticing my husband's water bottle was empty and offering to turn on the lights when it got dark outside due to a storm. We felt so loved and cared for!

We liked the location to places we wanted to explore, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cleanliness Friendly Staff A little expensive for a night’s stay. We just needed a clean place to sleep. The pillows were not firm…need to have one firm and one soft for each side of bed.

Not only was the room clean, the whole property was maintained really well. Staff was very professional as well as great customer service. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean. The grounds were clean could’ve used a mortals in the room we pulled in late so it was difficult to try to track some down but again not super big issue and the bed was decent a little hard but for a hotel but it’s good. Overall great experience, especially with the being clean and modern if we’re in the area, we’ll definitely stay there again.

The convenience of checking in. We were on a very long drive so we were exhausted and left our toiletries in the car. They didn’t have body wash. The fan in the room would not continuously run and when it was on it sounded like a rocket taking off the whole time.

The location is perfect When I first checked in at 4pm the front desk staff was less than favorable. She was not friendly. I finished my check in process and proceeded to my room. When I walked in the time was a disaster. It was filthy. It had not been cleaned. I had to go back down to the front desk with all luggage in hand and ask for a clean room. I received no apology. She handed me another key for a different room, straight faced and said try this. Luckily the second room had clean linen. Although there was hair in the shower and the mirrors in the room looked like someone put their hands all over them. They had not been cleaned. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms are less than acceptable. The carpet in the hallway was lifting. If you did not see where you were walking you would trip over it. I was so concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel I chose not to attend breakfast. I will not be staying at this location in the future and I will not be referring friends and family to this specific location. Which is unfortunate because I only booked at this location because I had a speech due. The roof at my house was being fixed and I needed a quiet place. I live only 15 minutes from this location and when my friends and family come to visit they normally book a hotel. I honestly expected this location to hold up to the standards as all Marriott locations normally do.

The hotel was pleasant and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand their goal of wanting to save on washing by not switching out towels everyday unless you ask but I wasn't aware they wouldn't be making beds or vacuuming every day. I think that's something they should tell you upon checking in to their hotel. Also they "ran out" of creamer for the coffee at breakfast??? If you are offering free breakfast and coffee is part of that, shouldn't you be well stocked on everything??? Just saying!?!!

HAS COME TO THIS LOCATION EVERY TIME WE VISIT A MAJOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY HERE. AMAZING WHAT ONE PERSON CAN DO TO A FACILITY
