Staff was friendly breakfast was awesome!

Was only there long enough to shower and sleep a few hours

The bed and pillows were excellent

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The indoor pool was great for the grandkids and the breakfast had a very good selection especially for picky eaters. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The hotel was very nice with clean rooms, nice parking, and a terrific breakfast every morning. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Spotlessly clean, plentiful warm breakfast. Room keys didn't work initially, lack of in room freezer, room smelled like mildew.

The staff was friendly, the rooms and lobby were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were buttery soft. The light between the two beds became a night light when the lights were turned off. It made the room too bright for me, so it was hard to fall asleep. But once I did, I rested really well.

Breakfast disappointing and always the same

The staff from the front desk, dining, and maids were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was turkey sausage - a plus. No complaints.

I believe this is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. It was actually cleaner than a Marriott I stayed in a month ago. The room was very spacious and plenty of counter space to put our belongings. The staff was kind and helpful before I could even enter the doors. Got to check in early, which was a plus after a long drive. The room was comfortable, clean and cool.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff very polite and helpful. Room as clean and everything worked as expected. The property inside and outside was clean. The pool on the first day was a little on the cool side (good for me, not as much for my wife). The afternoon and next day when we got back in it had warmed up and felt very comfortable for both of us. Enjoyed our stay and will plan on a return visit the next time we are in town.

This place was dirty. Floors dirty, gum stuck to carpet, elevator very dirty. Hallway and room smelled like air refresher. After I got back from dinner, room had smell I couldn’t place, but I suspect maybe was sweat. This was the second highest priced hotel in the area! Shameful that it cost so much.

Good, clean hotel. Not fancy, breakfast was decent (not bad, not great). Bed really comfy, overall it was a fine, affordable, clean hotel. Check in and out was very easy, staff was kind.

Of course everyone puts their best foot forward in ads on the internet. This place was really great. So clean. The bed was better than the one I have at home. Although I encountered few employees those I did see were friendly and helpful. You register on line and you never know what you will see when you get there, This was excellent in every way. I was really pleased. Thanks for a lovely weekend.
