Pool water looked cloudy/dirty

Breakfast could have been a little better. Boxed eggs and cardboard sausage not very appealing. Coffee was excellent. Staff was on point! they need a raise. Very helpful courteous and friendly. I would Definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was the breakfast . The eggs were dry and were cold. I would stay there again and hope for a better breakfast.

Everything was very clean and nice.

Breakfast was dull at best. We passed. Location was fine. Staff was pleasant. Common area bathrooms were dirty, sink was broken and dispenser was out of paper products. My bathroom floor was dirty. It was not cleaned after my 1st night stay. That left me with no towels or coffee in my room.

Food was great! Nice safe parking!

Banging and noise in halls til 2-3 am

It was easy to find - just off the InterState. Greeted courteously at check in and given all the information we required. The room was excellent and completely clean. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful - cooked to perfection and very tasty. We had a great stay and would happily recommend it to everyone.

The variety at breakfast was the best I’ve seen since Covid. The staff were prompt and helpful. They also provided extras like grab and go breakfast. Very clean!

As a Builder for 45+ years, I tend to notice bad workmanship & cleanliness of hotels I stay in. This hotel is relatively new, I liked the interior open hallways looking down into the atrium. Our hotel room was cleaner than most. The fiberglass shower floor (the newer style with a "linear drain" at one end) was installed un-level so the water drained mostly to one corner. The tile installation was & always is BAD because hotel chains always hire the cheapest subcontractors. There was black mold in the shower corners that should have been scrubbed out. There were massive weeds in the flower beds & the flowers, bushes, & trees needed WATER!

Nice room and friendly people

It was very modern, clean. Location was perfect for the two areas we planned to visit during our stay. The continental breakfast was really good. Something for everyone. (Biscuits, gravy, sausage, omelets, waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, bagels). Nothing major but the shower had very little water pressure. The ice machine could be placed farther away from guest rooms. It was right outside our room and someone got ice at the crack of dawn and woke us.

It was not near nice enough of a hotel for $178 charge for 1 night if I’d known it was not very nice hotel I would have went to Knoxville a day earlier & skipped Athens

Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of options, from homestyle biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, to healthier options like oatmeal with toppings to fresh fruit and yogurt. The best thing though was having a pet friendly hotel, that actually offers all of these options. Our furbabies felt very relaxed in the rooms, and bonus was to see everyone else's babies.

No wifi in room could not watch any tv. They said the wifi never works in that particular room we could move if we wanted.. why put us in there to start with??
