It's was a hot mess never again

Room was spacious and the staff were polite. Not stranded like other Airport hotels. Walking distance within minutes to local bars and restaurants

Dirty, grimy, old with expensive parking. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly either.

A decent but worn airport hotel. Bed sheets and duvet did not look very clean. However the staff is friendly and helpful. A reasonable choice if you’re stranded at ATL.

Not clean and very worn. Close to the airport and sufficient for 4 hours of sleep.

Transportation was good. Some of the drivers where good one looks to speed a lot. Be very careful with him. Overall everything was great!

Unfortunately, my experience was ruined this morning by the airport shuttle service. I came down to the lobby at 5:52 AM for the 6:00 AM shuttle, but the shuttle had already left several minutes early. This forced me to wait until 6:30 AM, putting me at risk of missing my flight. The front desk agent was very kind and even tried calling the driver, but there was no answer, and there was no alternative solution offered. Leaving before the scheduled departure time is unacceptable, especially for an airport hotel where many guests depend on the shuttle to catch their flights. Because of this experience, I have to give this stay a 1-star rating. Reliable airport transportation is one of the main reasons travelers choose this hotel, and this failure overshadowed an otherwise good stay.

Staff was helpful and property was clean. The bathroom are out dated.

Light Went Off for Like 2 hours

Clean, spacious room, clean pool area, very helpful staff. I didn’t like that I had to pay to park.

Bathroom could be cleaner

Everything was as expected

Very disappointed with the staff and housekeeping. Stayed there for 3 days. After day one, my wife and I both asked to have our room cleaned. Only to come back later in the day to find out no one cleaned it. Called the front desk to let them know that no one cleaned our room, and was never granted an apology and was told that if I needed fresh towels, i would need to come downstairs and get them since housekeeping was gone for the day. Next day, once again called the front desk to make sure our room could be cleaned on that day. They said yes. Went out for a few hours and came back around 3pm to find out our room was still not cleaned. Finally I asked one of the housekeepers if our room was on the schedule to be cleaned and she said no. But she offered to clean our room anyway. I appreciated her kind service. Thank you Ruth In housekeeping.

The perfect stay before a long trip! We were able to leave our car there and it was safe and easy to pay for parking! Definitely recommend!
