The hotel was a disaster. Trash in the hall way. Room was not up to par. Shower was not draining properly

The property is very close to the Atlanta Airport. However taxi fares to the hotel are a bit high for the distance. Unfortunately due to flight delay my stay at the hotel only amounted to a 4 hour stay.

When I checked in, the computers system was down (probable from a storm) , so I wasnt able to get a key card to room, maintenance person escorrted me, which was fine. Since power was down, only cold shower at 8pm, just when I arrived after an international flight, and it was 90degrees out and very humid,,,yuck! --not thrilled. But, room had the most comfortable bed and pillows! Hot water in the am. Room needed some maintenance, loose closet door handles, sink stopper didn't stay up, no coffee or cups in room. and huge odor of air freshener upon entering room, too strong! Upon checkout, no creamers left at coffee bar, front desk agent not very helpful. Other than that, it was fine but a little high priced compared to other hotels in area. Parking lot was also secure & my car was safe during my trip

This is one of my favorite locations. The property is always well maintained. Rooms are clean. There's adequate parking and the staff is usually polite. I didn't give 5 stars because I was unable to get any warm cookies which the hotel always promotes and when I asked about them, the front desk was very nonchalant like we don't have them and don't know when we will. That's their signature item so I thought the responses were inappropriate but oh well. Everything else was great.

I didn’t get any housekeeping services at all! No one came to give me towels or washcloths or to make my bed the entire stay! The pool was green and slimy , very dirty ! No cookies . The bathroom floor was Dirty . Awful experience

Stayed for 2 days, room was not cleaned next day despite sign at the door to clean. Breakfast could be buffet style to avoid too much too waiting to be served.

The room was dirty, dated and not well kept.

The hotel was nice and clean.. but the staff wasn’t as friendly some were very rude.. the toilet set in our room was loose.. and they never had any cookies every time we asked .. but when I got a cookie it was hard as a rock. But overall the cleanliness is good the rooms are good.

Hotel staff was very friendly.....room was comfortable....n that warm cookie was the cherry on top. Will definitely be staying here again .

The cleaning crew swapped out good charging cords and cubes for old stuff. Very strange and disconcerting. Rooms were broken down and not too clean

The front Desk representative was kind, she was happy to help and welcome us .

Facility is filthy - floors, carpet and elevators looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.
