I liked everything about this facility. I’ve had the pleasure of staying there on 3 separate occasions. It is my go to place whenever I have to travel to Atlanta. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Thank you for making each occasion enjoyable and special.

The room was really nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great (plenty of options - hot and cold, and it was a little different both mornings). We didn’t get to use the pool, but it was open and looked nice.

We tried all of the ice makers in each floor and none of them worked. Housekeeping did not clean the room for 3 days into our stay. She didnt take out all of the trash. The elevator and hallways were hot and had no AC. The breakfast was lacking. We will not be returning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the facilities are in dire need of repair. Only one of two elevators was operating and was terribly slow. None of the icemakers on any of the floors were working and we had to go to the front desk/ bar to get ice.

The room was spacious and close to the airport. The 4 the floor hallway was HOT. All the ice machines were out of ice. I tried 3 floors then finally went to the front desk where they got me some from the bar that was closed already at 8pm.

Convenience, accomodation, proximity to the airport and food was GREAT. The air conditioner made an weird noise at night, not terribly bad however.
