My stay was enjoyable. Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The staff were fine - the room and bedding was relatively clean. The hotel was in terrible disrepair though - the shuttle from the airport had some major mechanical issues, including a leaking roof and something wrong with the exhaust system that made it extremely loud. I heard the shuttle 2 times an hour all night long. The air conditioner leaked so the carpet near it was soaked and the shower door didn't close.

Great location to the airport, staff was amazing Toilet did not flush properly and water took forever to get hot.

I loved how welcoming every employee was throughout my whole stay, and I was always greeted by name which was nice to be acknowledged. From the front desk receptionist to housekeeping and security everyone was wonderful, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was great, safe, and secure. Cleanliness was a plus and the shampoo and body wash provided smelled amazing. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Breakfast was okay and the location was perfect!!!!!! The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would've liked to have a microwave in the room. But no real issues!!!!!

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Nice room, friendly staff, fresh breakfast, on time check-in. The only 2 down sides were that the pool was closed completely and the parking lot was small and hard to find parking again.

Each staff member we came into contact with was extremely kind and helpful. The location was convenient. The breakfast was decent for what it was. The elevators were horrifying. They made awful noises and made abrupt jumps mid-ride. The elevator inspections were out of date by almost a year. There was a slight, underlying stench in the room. It wasn’t overwhelming but it wasn’t pleasant. Kinda smelled musty.

There is nothing to eat in the hotel at night if you arrive late, and no bar either. Once I got my room key (a plastic card), i collapsed on the comfortable bed and checked out the amenities. Unfortunately, the coffee maker produces coffee that tastes more like water than coffee, and they give you packets of coffee creamer which is an unhealthy non-dairy milk substitute. And you get a generous single packet of sugar. There is nothing inside the small refrigerator, not even ice or bottle of water.
