The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking felt safe with with on-site security. Very close proximity to the airport.

Very clean, wonderful breakfast with great assortment including waffles. Comfortable beds.

Stayed July 14–17. On the last night, there was a loud elevator noise going off every 30 seconds for 1–2 hours straight. Completely unable to sleep, and we had a 6am flight the next morning. When we contacted the front desk, the manager offered two "solutions": check out at midnight, or stay and bear with the noise. That's it. No fix, no alternative room, no apology. Does she expect guests to wander the streets at midnight looking for another hotel? Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the manager was impatient and dismissive in her tone — making it clear she simply didn't care. Good location clean rooms decent breakfast

My stay was enjoyable. Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The staff were fine - the room and bedding was relatively clean. The hotel was in terrible disrepair though - the shuttle from the airport had some major mechanical issues, including a leaking roof and something wrong with the exhaust system that made it extremely loud. I heard the shuttle 2 times an hour all night long. The air conditioner leaked so the carpet near it was soaked and the shower door didn't close.

Great location to the airport, staff was amazing Toilet did not flush properly and water took forever to get hot.

I loved how welcoming every employee was throughout my whole stay, and I was always greeted by name which was nice to be acknowledged. From the front desk receptionist to housekeeping and security everyone was wonderful, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was great, safe, and secure. Cleanliness was a plus and the shampoo and body wash provided smelled amazing. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Breakfast was okay and the location was perfect!!!!!! The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would've liked to have a microwave in the room. But no real issues!!!!!

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Nice room, friendly staff, fresh breakfast, on time check-in. The only 2 down sides were that the pool was closed completely and the parking lot was small and hard to find parking again.
