Nice stay

The room that I paid for was not the room I stayed in. It was not a suite with a balcony. Very disappointed.

Great staff. Great room. Staff was great (along with the warm cookies). Parking is convenient. Proximity to Truist Park is the best!!!

Nice location near the battery. Be aware the parking is $35 per day.

For the hotel itself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. It desperately needs to be upgraded. It looks like the upgrades they have done were the cheapest quality possible. The shower didn’t drain properly, the bathroom is covered in mold and mildew, and paint throughout the room is peeling. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. The location is great, especially if you’re heading to a ball game but we’ll never stay here again. If management would put some money into a real renovation, it would be a great place.

Located perfectly for Trusit Park The water pressure, slow draining shower, very used furniture, dusty vents- but nothing major.

Very nice place

Paid way too much for a room with no air conditioning. Called front desk to inquire about room unit not working and was informed that the air was not working in the hotel and would not be worked on until the following day. Was offered a box fan, and when my husband questioned their inability to get the air-conditioned fixed promptly, they called back and said he could come get his own box fan. Horrible experience. They eventually brought the box fan, knocked, and ran.

At check in they helped with hotel and surrounding food choices. Very friendly.

Super close to the battery. Comfortable beds and great staff, easy check in and out. The air conditioner in our room sound Le’s like a jet taking off when it turned on but it worked and the room was comfortable so we were fine.

Dynamic pricing for the weekend shot the price way up and it was not worth what I paid. Sink couldn't get warm water, beds were only ok, towels were cheap and had a chemical smell. Parking in a deck that doesnt have direct access to the hotel is always a hassle. Even more of an issue when the guy at the checking counter asked us twice if we needed parking, and when we get to the deck our hotel key wont let us in. We got stuck in a line and had to wait for another guest to let us in the hotel.

Loved the stay just wish I would have known that we had to pay to park at the hotel we were staying at beforehand.

Late night cookie Tried to overcharge at check in. Corrected it. Then received charges after checkout out that should not have been. Charged 35 for parking and app said 30. Didn’t bother complaining again

The only issue is checking in and the hoops you have to go through as a customer. We are only there due to issues in out home and its difficult to chk in...both days there were issues
