The property is a bit dated and could probably use some upgrades, but it was very clean despite how outdated it is.

Clean room and walking distance to everything

Honestly been coming here for a long Braves weekend for a few years and it’s really gone downhill. The whole place, room and all, smelled like mildew and it looks like it took a beating. This is my last year staying there unfortunately.

The property was conveniently located by the battery and Truist park. The hotel was clean and the staff we encountered was helpful and professional.

At 11:50 PM I had a coach roach run across the edge of the bed and then to the floor. I was able to find the coach roach and step on it. I went to the front desk where I was asked what they could do to make it right followed by, "I cannot give you your money back and I cannot move you rooms." I told her I was not sure what options I was being left with then. It was near midnight. I was then told I could talk to a manger in the morning. I live 5 hours ago and was not about to get on the road at midnight. So I have returned to the room where I cannot be sure if other coach roaches exist. I paid $190 to a nice hotel. This is not the experience I expected. I would appreciate being refunded the cost of the room. I have pictures of the coach roach if you would like them. I have also left it in a paper coffee cup in the bathroom.

The room that I paid for was not the room I stayed in. It was not a suite with a balcony. Very disappointed.

Great staff. Great room. Staff was great (along with the warm cookies). Parking is convenient. Proximity to Truist Park is the best!!!

Nice location near the battery. Be aware the parking is $35 per day.

For the hotel itself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. It desperately needs to be upgraded. It looks like the upgrades they have done were the cheapest quality possible. The shower didn’t drain properly, the bathroom is covered in mold and mildew, and paint throughout the room is peeling. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. The location is great, especially if you’re heading to a ball game but we’ll never stay here again. If management would put some money into a real renovation, it would be a great place.
