Good job

The Hand Sanitizer dispenser didn't work on our floor. The MarketPlace Checkout System was not working (maybe due to the Thunder Storm) It took FOREVER to get Hot Water in our Bathroom. At one point, the Key Cards didn't work for the entire hotel (probably due to the same Thunder Storm). I guess those are the things you have to accept for added security. The morning breakfast was well stocked and good was delicious. The staff very friendly and warm.

Clean room

All staff were personable, friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and our room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the shuttle ride to/from Truist Park for the game, it was very convenient. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Food selection and quality were on par with others we have experienced during our travels, however, the bacon was very good. Checkout was quick and easy. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel if you are attending a game at Truist Park.

The water was cold other than that the stay was wonderful

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Shuttle driver was very efficient. We had 4 adults in 1! Room but only received a king bed with a sofa sleeper. When I requested 2 beds, I was told this was all they had due to availability. It was very disappointing considering I booked 3 months in advance.

Staff was so nice! We got there about two hours early, but the lady at the front desk greeted me with, “we’ve been waiting for you.”, and let us check in early. They were super informative and helpful. Would stay again.

If you are going to a Braves game, they have a shuttle!

We went for the Country Fest concert and enjoyed our stay. Convenient to The Battery with a shuttle to and from. The most comfortable hotel beds for both the bed and sofa bed.

Could not take shower 2nd night no cold water would scalding you

The staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was hot when we arrived but it was cool by bedtime. They offered a shuttle service for free to our concert at Truist Park. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Will definitely use this hotel again because the staff was so caring.

Close proximity to Truist Park. Complimentary shuttle to and from the ballpark!! Makes this an excellent choice! While hotel was very clean overall, this room had a few carpet spots-probably because sink/coffee vanity is out in the room-not in the bathroom.
