It was nice to stay there

This hotel seemed clean but our room had a mildew stink and we spoke with other guests that said theirs was the same way.

Walking distance to Truist Park! Our room was huge and so clean!

Clean room we didn’t receive housekeeping , door would not close all the way had to force it closed, no Tv in the sitting area , sliding doors from the king size room hard to open and close

Lots of broken things around the hotel. Front desk took forever to do check in. Safe didn’t work in the room and towels were dirty

Room had a paint smell to it. Shower had no shower curtain. Room had a humidity problem

Location to the Battery

Great stay. Convenient to Battery and Truist Park. Pleasantly surprised by how large and spacious the King Suite was with the separate bedroom and living room. Self checkout vending area was a plus after the Braves game. Only complaint would be the elevators. They sound and ride like they might need some maintenance. Other than that, no issues

The free parking and complimentary breakfast were both major perks and made our stay even better. We stayed in a King Suite, and the room was much larger than we expected. It was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We did notice a little debris on the carpet, but everything else in the room was clean and well maintained. The only other minor issue was that the elevator call buttons were a little finicky, but the elevators themselves worked just fine. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, this was a great hotel in an excellent location with comfortable accommodations and great value. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the Atlanta area!

A very good hotel with an excellent location and great service. My recommendation is that the elevators need better cleaning and maintenance; the flooring looks very worn. Excellent parking. The breakfast falls far short of being complete.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, roaches crawling on the walls (on the 2nd floor, front desk blamed the rain, suitable excuse for first floor not second), stained floors and bedding, not enough linens (bedsheets, pillows, or towels or otherwise) for the amount of people on the actual booking, the excuse for lack of linens was “they were busy” and they have too many rooms to check to make sure there’s enough linens for all guests on booking everyday and they were out of things to provide us with the sheets and blankets necessary for my 2 children to sleep on the pullout couch, there was no reason given for the severely stained sheets and floors in the bedroom, there’s no weekend managers, but it’s a family owned business so the reality is nobody wants to do their job. Must be nice to take $400 from a family for a 1 night stay and not even provide them with the necessities to stay. By the time it was all said and done it was too late to drag my family out and find another hotel. Now they’re telling me they don’t have time to talk to me or call me until “maybe Tuesday”. I hope this sh** hole gets shut down! There were 10+ families at the desk complaining last night trying to get new rooms and there wasn’t even a front desk person to talk to for about 20 minutes! They’re a joke, and scam artists taking advantage of families because they’re near Truist Park! This was a disgusting excuse of a hotel and the owners are scammers!

Very good location, fair price, friendly staff.

I booked Oceanview. I had a partial ocean view. I was upset and moved to another room with an up charge. Food and service was great. I do think prices were a little too high. I will probably stay there again because is the service. Emily and Shelia at the pool were amazing.

This was the best hotel stay I have had with my teenagers especially! They offered a pool inside they both really enjoyed. It’s really close to a lot of different activities and restaurants. It is walking distance to the Braves games for sure. We will definitely be back! The staff was nice and very helpful.

Great place to stay if going to an Atlanta Braves Baseball game.

More staff st a busy checkin time

Looks like this is a go-to property for Braves games and they needed more staff for check-in. Also more staff for maintaining buffet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and access to the park was great. Breakfast was OK, we just needed to be earlier.

Location to the ball park was a plus. Check in was at 3pm and our room was not ready until almost 5:15. Room was decent for the price.

Stayed here for a Braves games. It was a easy walk to the stadium.
