Great stay! Great location! Parking garage was well lit. Felt safe here. Staff was very friendly.
-
Our room was great and was super clean! However, the elevators were not working properly causing problems moving around in the hotel. We don’t mind taking the stairs but they only went to the 3rd floor. We ended up on the service elevator.

Great location besides constant hot rodding all night long but otherwise great stay.
-
Only one functioning elevator (we had to stand in line), pool was green, no hot water, and our room had a non functioning shower. Definitely ruined the weekend.

Excellent

Pool was green the entire 4 days we were there. Staff kept saying it would be able to be used but it never was taken care of. Had a roach in my bathtub and the elevators were never all working at the same time together. Had to wait 15-20 min for an elevator down every time we wanted to leave room. This hotel used to be a great one for Braves games, but has gone downhill for sure. Will not be going back there in the future.

A/C in the room not very good, pool closed on 4th of July. Had lines for the elevators in every floor and had to wait over 10 minutes in the mornings to get on one. Only option for stairs was to go to the top of the parking garage and come back to the lobby from there. Parking is $22/night not worth the money I will not go back.

Loved that it was close to Braves Stadium, quick walk. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were really friendly!

Room size was large. It was convenient to Truist Park. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, just get there early. Wait for the elevators was terrible. Stairs were not an option unfortunately. Ice machine on our floor was not there. Refrigerator in room didn’t have a freezer.

We stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend and chose it based on having proximity to Truist Park and also for the indoor/outdoor pool advertised. The first issue was that after checking in and going out to dinner we came back to the room to be locked out due to the door lock needing a new battery and we had to wait 30 mins to get back into our room. We arrived on the 3rd and left on the 5th, and the pools were closed for cleaning the entire time. We also were among the group of guests that were stuck on the 3rd floor due to all of the main guest elevators going down on the 4th and there was no way to get out to the lobby without the elevators in order. We had to use the service elevator to get out and throughout the rest of our time there, only 1-2 elevators were in order after the initial breakdown. We also paid extra for the “city view room” but had two windows blocked by trees, no view. This was a very expensive and overall disappointing stay for our first trip to Atlanta with our family.

Unless you enjoy waiting 40 minutes for an elevator from the lobby. You might ask what about the stairs? They don't begin until the 3rd floor so everyone walks down to the 3rd floor and waits for the only working elevator from there. Total nightmare and can't imagine how bad it would be in an emergency. Also hope you didn't want to use the swamp colored pool on 4th of July weekend.

The elevators were broken which was very difficult to navigate.

Room and fridge weren’t cold upon check in, pool was green for the entire trip even after being promised it will be functional the next day. Free breakfast buffet ran out before 10am and nothing was getting refilled. It was a 4th of July trip where the indoor and outdoor pool played a major part in us booking this hotel. The ambiance online looked very nice but very disappointing in person.

I’ve stayed at this property for the last 10 to 15 years, but this time the experience was not good. The sink was clogged up,the toilet ran the entire time we was there, the AC was not working properly.I can honestly say I will not be booking the hotel again

Second stay. Close to the mall. Very clean and staff friendly. Most definitely will stay here anytime I am in the area.

We came to this hotel 2 years ago in the summer for a Braves game. The pools had paper signs that said “closed for maintenance” but there were people swimming in it anyway (it was cloudy and green)…fast forward to this Tuesday, same signs on the pool…my kids swam in the green sludge anyway. Starbucks in the lobby had “out of espresso” sign and couldn’t make any Starbucks drinks. Hotel over all was ok. Wouldn’t stay here again in the summer time as I believe one of the main reasons people choose this hotel in the summer is for Braves games (close to Truist Park) and the pool (green sludge ).

Everything was spotless and the breakfast was pretty good.

I would not return, not what I expected.

The Moe Wyne happy hour was good with the pretzels and corn dogs which ended up being our dinner. The breakfast buffet was very good except the coffee was very weak. The cold water was very thankful after coming back from the game. The hotel website said that there were shuttles or taxi to Truist Park and when I inquired the service person was quite rude and said we could walk there, There was no public transportation to the Park, family came and got us. The room rate said nothing about a parking charge and we were charged for parking. Our room when we checked in at 4:00 was warm, went and reported it and when we got back it was still warm, they "tripped" the HVAC system and said it should cool down in a few minutes, well it never cooled down with the thermostat set on 62. Then the sink was very slow in draining, which should have been reported by the room service person. Was very uncomfortable all night. They did refund the parking but I am still very unhappy with what we paid for the room and it never cooled down.
