This is a well kept property. Staff is very helpful and meet you with a smile. The room was very clean. There is an on-site restaurant in the large commons area. The hotel is walking distance to Truist Park. There's a sky bridge across the streets straight into Truist Park.

The place is really nice! We were only there for one night but the staff was friendly. It was pretty clean but my standards are kinda high so I notice little things. The shower and the pressure was so amazing! Only downside is the cost of parking. It’s super expensive! Close walk to Truist park if you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, but it’s easy. Overall would stay again.

Breakfast food needs to be hot.

Very nice and clean. Felt like a luxurious stay.

Wonderful hotel bed was just slightly firm for my liking. Everything else was amazing

Paid for a park view of Truist park and was put in a room not facing the park, instead we were facing a beautiful construction zone. When we called the front office she said “that is the park view”

Check in staff (from Jamaica) was fabulous and so courteous during our entire stay!

Extremely courteous, hospitable, and professional team members. Everything was very clean. Easy peazy check in and breakfast buffet team was literally the nicest and most helpful I have ever had the pleasure meeting at any hotel. The western omelette was on point. Very impressed. Company needs to recognize and in all honesty reward team members that make a real impact on the customer base with a bonus.

It was nice clean, spacious, very welcoming Everything was nice I give it a 1000% satisfaction

Properly and the amenities were great! The staff was very sub-par and weren’t prepared to handle a concert being held a Truist, which you’d think would be a common thing to have crowd overflow in a hotel near Truist Park. We were told when we arrived that parking was full and their lot was filled by valet AND self park by people who weren’t even staying at their property, but just going to the hotel. We ended up having to park in a lot where we had to move out of by 4 am or risk getting towed, because they didn’t properly allocate their parking lot or valet for customers who actually purchased a stay at the property for the night. The only redeeming factor is that their front desk staff decided to give us a parking ticket to scan parking for free at 12 am (after the concert). The property is beautiful.. it may have just been the situation.

Very good location for the Braves stadium.

Breakfast was a little pricey. Only reason it received 4 stars instead of 5.

I loved the room but it was dark, even with all the lights on, even in the hallways for pictures and videos it was rough but everything else was wonderful
