Was a nice place to stay with friendly staff & clean room. However, only 2 of 5 elevators worked our entire stay…and it was an event weekend.

It was awesome and had a park with benches and grass so our dog could run around in. Nothing was wrong

Centrally located and affordable with close walking distance to Mall and Battery There could be more snack options in the Club Lounge but otherwise very satisfied with drinks and breakfast

The staff were extremely friendly and our room was in excellent condition. Everything about our stay was amazing.

I was in a perfect location to Truist Park. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel. It was a beautiful corner king room. Parking was very expensive

The restaurant was good. A child’s toilet, dirty bathroom, inconvenient phone charger plugs, front desk employee could not speak like an adult tone, parking lot gate would not work without getting out of our car to call for help. Half of the elevators were out causing long lines.

Location was perfect and Mel at the bar was amazing The confusion about my room having breakfast already included for three adults, but they acted like it only included two adults

Perfect stay for a visit to Truist Stadium.

We love the location and love the stay. There is a lot of construction going on around the building so it takes away from the ease of getting to the stadium right now, but its not horrible. Things were a little off this weekend, but the hotel is great and we stay year after year. Several times a year. I recommend staying here.
