Great stay! The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the parking was convenient. I would happily stay here again.

The property was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The only complaint we have is, there was a family reunion in the lobby and they were allowed to have music blaring all night that was so loud that we could hear it in our rooms. We had young kids that we were trying to get to sleep.

Place was busy. Shuttle to baseball game. Good buffet breakfast. You could also get some items made to order.

Hotel needs updating

Children from pulling the fire alarm. I had to get my disabled mom out twice in the middle of the night.

Find a Hotel that doesn't make it mandatory for you to have to pay an expense to park your vehicle. The hotel is expensive enough to have to have any additional expense.

Clean room

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The experience never fails to be great. The staff is kind, helpful, and courteous. The facility is easy to maneuver and always clean. Plus, it is a reasonable walk to the Battery and Truist Park. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job and making us feel so welcome.

Nice breakfast included

shuttle service to The Battery and ballpark was great. Only downside of the hotel was the elevators, with ten floors on a busy weekend the waits could be long but other than that the hotel and staff were very accomadating.

the fire alarm went off at 2am and we had to go outside for over a hour and it went off again at 5am and i didn’t even move i stayed in room cause i was to exhausted to go

My stay at this location was very good with the exception of the fire alarm going off twice in the same night 2am and 4am

The front desk staff was great however the bar manager was quite rude. She was not understanding at all I had to report her to the hotel manager. In addition to that we were evacuated at 230a, for a fire, let back in at 334a, only to be evacuated again 20 minutes later. That was quite a interruption in the middle of the night.
