Get place to stay it was a wonderful experience

I have never had a hotel put a card on file and charge me for someone else’s room until i stayed here. Not even sure how this happened, on top of accidentally charging an extra 400$ they didn’t send back incidentals for the current reservation after a week. It is diabolical work in their part that they can mistakenly charge an extra 400$ and take their time refunding that and an incidental. Im not sure how card info gets logged onto a room beyond your own anyways, minimal apologies and very slow to recover the almost 600$ in total we are owed.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. We tried to check in with Deborah, she could not find our reservation. She told me to step aside and call booking.com. I spent 45 minutes trying to call booking.com and was not successful. We tried getting in line to check in with Elijah. He found our reservation with no problem. I spent 45 minutes very upset for no reason. I have never had a problem checking in before, in my 40 Years of traveling!

Convenient and walkable to truist park and the battery. Staff member at check in was rude and seemed bothered to be doing her job.

Great location.

Room was nice but had a really bad mildew smell. So bad that we canceled the rest of our stay. We didn’t ask for another room because the main reason we choose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. But they were always full of kids. The 2 complimentary bar drinks a day were a nice special touch. If you have a family with kids this hotel might be for you. But if your looking for a nice quite to swim and stay for a couple days, then this hotel might not be for you.

The property is simply old and extremely worn. Staff is great, but Hilton needs to invest in an overhaul/ refurb of the property. It needed it long ago.

But the breakfast was fabulous! And the location is very convenient to everything we needed.

Every one was so helpful and polite ESPECIALLY MONTEINO (I know I spelled that wrong) but he was front desk when I checked in both times I stayed there...he is amazing embassy should reward that man!!!! Only one thing, one of the breakfast cooks complained the whole about not getting tips..

Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is was good, wide variety and tasty options. The bar staff is very nice. Shuttle to the battery is also amazing

CONS: A/C did not work well and outlets were so worn you couldn’t keep your devices plugged in without propping the charger up

Do not book here unless you plan to pay $600 at check-in in addition to the room. We stayed for 7 nights for a baseball tournament and they required $30 a day for parking and a $60 per day deposit on a fully paid room. The cost of the room is not what’s listed
