Great stay! Breakfast was great, location was great, everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good but there were flies. But flies always find a way indoors during the summer months. The overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was decent for the location. I would probably stay here again the next time I come to town to see the Braves.

This hotel provided the best breakfast ever. We were offer 2 drinks for 4pm - 6pm every day. This is the best place to stay. It's so convenient to get food, walking distance.

The staffs were great but the people working during breakfast were exceptional!! I been to a lot of Embassy Suites and this one breakfast was number one!!! They even have a shuttle to take you to the Truist Park.

All of the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was over the top fantastic. Extremely comfortable. They charge you an additional fee to park your vehicle $30 a night. That is an expense that should be diverged at booking. On the booking site the run down listed parking at location but didn’t say it was for a fee. Just be upfront honest about what the true expense for the nightly stay will cost. Also, hotel is a total cash free facility- should be noted at booking.

Fantastic stay! Great food as well!

The hotel staff was lovely. We really enjoyed the evening bar, but they do not have enough staff to man the bar and the kitchen. The bartenders were running back-and-forth to cook the food. Very unorganized. The staff though was very friendly into the best they could. We did have an issue housekeeping did not come to our room the entire time we were there, I did mention it to the front desk, gentleman, and he comped our parking. Just on a sidenote, when we did find a housekeeper to come I told her we just needed some towels and fresh trash bags she handed me the trash bags for me to do on my own. Big disappointment there.

The only thing I did not like was the elevator was a bit squeaky

Three likes stand out. 1)free shuttle to Cobb Galleria. 2)great elliptical inthe fitness center 3)good complimentary breakfast including the omelet station. Also excellent front desk staff and manager. No real dislikes

The stay was perfect for me and my bestie. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was great, the hot tub could have been a bit hotter or stronger jets. The nightly snacks and drinks were great and breakfast was tasty. And the lady who checked us in, sorry don’t remember her name, was awesome!

It was clean, spacious room, breakfast was great The parking fee was expensive , there was only 1 person at the front desk, so it took s long time to check in…

My room was cool and smelled very clean!!! No bubbles from the hot tub!

Wonderful staff, super sweet! The drink vouchers were cool and gave an opportunity to try a new drink on the house. Breakfast is great and has a lot of options !

Get place to stay it was a wonderful experience

I have never had a hotel put a card on file and charge me for someone else’s room until i stayed here. Not even sure how this happened, on top of accidentally charging an extra 400$ they didn’t send back incidentals for the current reservation after a week. It is diabolical work in their part that they can mistakenly charge an extra 400$ and take their time refunding that and an incidental. Im not sure how card info gets logged onto a room beyond your own anyways, minimal apologies and very slow to recover the almost 600$ in total we are owed.
