Sonesta Select Atlanta Cumberland Galleria Ballpark

We have stayed here multiple times. The property is always clean and well maintained. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable.

Other than the front desk lady that checked us in that was very kind the experience in this stay in was absolutely horrible our room was filthy. The floors were full of trash, bathroom sink with men hair and toothpaste, shower had mildew, we had no toilet paper, the fridge smelled very badly, and beds were very uncomfortable and I didn’t notice until I got up the bottom sheets we dirty. I think out of everything the worst thing was the a/c it was so hot and wouldn’t get cold and I’m sure was full of dust I could not stop coughing on top of being super hot. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this was a must especially being 7 months pregnant

It was a nice stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay here when I came into town for a Yungblud concert. The queen at the front desk was helpful and friendly and was able to get me into early check-in, since I came straight from night shift and needed to rest before the show. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a mini fridge for my drinks. Parking is extra and so is breakfast, but it's worth it to me. The atmosphere and vibe here was so perfectly chill.

Clean, convenient. Kids loved the pool.

Clean hotel, great parking in a very nice area next to the Cumberland mall and within a few minutes from Truist Park. Has laundry room, full gym and nice pool. Very well maintained hotel with a large lobby area and lounge area.

The room was dirty… French fries under the ottoman…hair in the shower and the staff was rude

Hotel was clean and convenient to the Cobb Galleria.

Booked a room with two queen beds for more space with two adults and two kids. Upon check in was told there were no rooms left with two queen beds and we were downgraded to two full beds. After check out, we were still charged the full amount for a room with two queen beds and have still yet to receive a refund. We will never be back to this property and will never recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating! We needed an early check in and a late checkout. They were quick to get these things done for us. Great service and a great value for the area.

Location is quiet yet close to everything. Strong smell of mildew in my room.

I have stayed in places all over the southeast. Hotels and motels ranging from $50 a night up to several hundred a night, this was the worst by far. For the amount of money paid you would think thos place could at least upgrade the crusty pullout mattresses. And the non functional refrigerators. I would highly suggest staying elsewhere.

Didn’t eat breakfast but Starbucks is on property. Carpet nasty room smell like mildew bathroom not cleaned thoroughly
