The room smelled sweaty. And they only do house keeping every 3 days.

We like the location and hotel. Only complaint was the bathtub didn’t drain and we were ankle deep in water within a couple of minutes of showering. We will book here again though because of proximity to the Braves.

We had a great experience here, my best friend and I stayed for a concert at truist park. It was accessible and felt safe. Beds were super comfortable! Staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

We had two rooms here for a weekend trip to Atlanta focused on seeing the Braves. First, the positives: The bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. Staff members were very kind and tried their best to be helpful, but it seemed like they were working under less-than-ideal conditions. Unfortunately, the property was not in great condition, and this impacted our ability to enjoy our stay. One of our rooms did not have working a/c (We were moved to a different room after alerting the desk, but had to take a room with full-size beds instead of queens as we had requested). The carpet in the other room had just been cleaned, and remained wet for several hours. All three rooms smelled like a combination of wet dog and chemical air freshener. There were what appeared to be dog hairs in one of the bathrooms. The fitness room did not seem to be air-conditioned (in August) and was not usable because of the temperature. The water bottle filler was very dirty and leaking into the carpet. Overall, we were disappointed based on our experiences at other Sonesta properties. We will not stay here again.

Great location to the braves stadium. We were able to walk, it is a little over a mile. Only issue was our car got hit and run in the parking deck and the hotel was not very helpful with security footage, etc… we had to visit the building across the street for any help!

Very clean, close to the stadium, but walking is questionable. They do make you pay for parking per day which I did not know when I booked in advance.

The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Hot, but easily walkable walk to Truist Park for a concert. Would stay there again for sure

Everything was very pleasant the staff was pleasant the rooms were clean the young lady that helped us her name is KeKe she was very nice and attentive

Our stay was exceptional! The staff was professional and courteous. We were allowed to check in 2.5 hours early for a fee was fine since it was thundering and lightning! Our room was clean with a great city view! We ordered food from their restaurant which was delicious. They also have a nice snack and drink selection by the front desk. The location is prime being close to shopping and interstate! We highly recommend this hotel!!!

Comfortable room, spacious and clean. It shares a roundabout and parking garage with a sizable office building so it has a vibe that caters to those traveling for business. Walking distance to the ballpark was a plus.
