The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They made efforts to remember every guests names (at least the ones I interacted with and witnessed interacting with other guests). The hotel itself was very clean. My room was cozy. Most hotels these days only have a mini fridge, but this location also has a microwave. Even if I don’t need it, I like having a microwave just in case. I did not have a chance to try their breakfast, but the breakfast and seating areas looked cleaned and organized the entire time. I love that there is a coffee station as soon as you walk in. The location was also super convenient to shops, restaurants, the ball park, and Coca Cola Roxy. I would definitely stay here again.

Room really wasn’t clean , needed ac work , had a damp smell

Do not stay. Bathroom walls full of mold

The staff and front desk workers were very nice and the location was pretty nice for the location I needed it for My room had a strong mildew smell, and majority of the floor/carpet was soaking wet. The chairs were not clean and had what looked like vomit on one of them. The overall hotel wasn't as bad as my room, but the one functioning elevator was a bit sketchy and unclean. On top of the water in the main part of the room, the bathroom also would occasionally have water all over the floor. Don't know if that was due to the toilet or bathtub. I feel like the price I paid was unfair for my room conditions.

This property is not deserving of the Hilton name. It was rundown and needed a complete refurbishing. Our room had old stain filled furniture. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder and the hotel was out of hand soap. We were forced to use shampoo to clean our hands. Had the room not been prepaid I would have left to find a cleaner and better maintained facility.
-
Staff was incredible but the floor of our room was wet, the room smelled like chemicals when we first walked in, and our shower door would not stay closed to shower.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. Was given multiple rooms that ended up not being cleaned, toilet or shower didn’t work, and having a moldy smell due to damp carpets.

The facility is run down. There were tears in the carpet, no AC in the hallways, and the room showed major signs of age. Wallpaper peeled in the bathroom and towel hooks were barely attached. It needs updates and maintenance. Cleanliness was the biggest problem. We entered the room to find used wet towels hanging in the bathroom and a used washcloth in the shower. I politely asked for a resweep while we went to dinner. The towels were removed but the washcloth remained. This is unacceptable. Staff was mixed. The night manager was apologetic and professional. However, cleaning staff needs improvement and the day manager spent much of his time watching TV behind the computer. The property feels poorly run during the day. If maintained better, I would stay here every time. All issues can be easily fixed to meet normal Hampton standards. As it is, I cannot recommend it.

House keepers are very very lazy second time staying there and couldn't get any service for my room

Property was close to the stadium. Rooms were not cleaned. There was hair in the shower, toilet paper on the floor, and the tile floors were very sticky. The TV didn’t work, and we were provided with 2 towels, no washcloths or hand towels.

Property was disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Room was cleaned but not well maintained and property is showing lots of wear and tear. I almost always stay at Hampton Inns due to their quality but this property was lacking and I will think twice before staying here again.

The staffers were professional and pleasant. The room was clean with comfortable beds.

Entire place smelt like mold. Literal wet carpets in the hallways.
