The facility is run down. There were tears in the carpet, no AC in the hallways, and the room showed major signs of age. Wallpaper peeled in the bathroom and towel hooks were barely attached. It needs updates and maintenance. Cleanliness was the biggest problem. We entered the room to find used wet towels hanging in the bathroom and a used washcloth in the shower. I politely asked for a resweep while we went to dinner. The towels were removed but the washcloth remained. This is unacceptable. Staff was mixed. The night manager was apologetic and professional. However, cleaning staff needs improvement and the day manager spent much of his time watching TV behind the computer. The property feels poorly run during the day. If maintained better, I would stay here every time. All issues can be easily fixed to meet normal Hampton standards. As it is, I cannot recommend it.

Property was disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Room was cleaned but not well maintained and property is showing lots of wear and tear. I almost always stay at Hampton Inns due to their quality but this property was lacking and I will think twice before staying here again.

Room stunk of mildew. AC made whining noises.
-
The staffers were professional and pleasant. The room was clean with comfortable beds.
-
Entire place smelt like mold. Literal wet carpets in the hallways.
-
Room was dated and worn. Wrappers on the floor. Water from tub started out orange and then clear. Rust?

I love the Hampton inn and stay with them frequently and have to say that this one did not match the experience and quality received at others I have stayed at. Things were dirty. Broken. Cheap. Bad linens. And not the usual super comfy pillows.
-
Very old and dirty. First room had visibly been broken into -- door was splintered at lock area. 2nd room the dead bolt wouldn't lock. Third room was OK. Air conditioning limited, everything in the room was sticky and dirty, beds were awful. Elevator not cleaned the entire week. Do not stay here

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Great location close to Braves Ballpark, mall, costco etc. Place is slightly run down. Building maintenance is obviously not left to building professionals. Only one of two elevators was working. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience. Property though does not meet Hilton grade.

Location location.

The room was clean and the front desk lady that checked us in was very friendly. The elevators were a little scary, and the first floor hallway could use some new carpet.

The outside swimming pool was green. Our trip was in June 2026

Passable

Close to stadium. Not close enough to walk Seems very dirty. Walls were patched and not painted. Room seemed minimally clean. Elevator and lobby were dirty Not one of the cleanest Hampton’s I’ve stayed in

The hotel was about 1 mile from the brave stadium and made for an easy walk, but the building itself needs to be kept up better. The bathroom in our hotel room was below standard. The floors looked and felt dirty. The bathtub did not drain properly. Would not recommend.

I would not stay here again. I always thought Hampton Inn’s were all nice. This place needs some updates. The room was so humid my clean clothes were damp. The room also had a musty smell to it. The water also did not go down well in the shower. I don’t like spending money on a room and not being satisfied.

Hilton should be ashamed of this property. It was like a bad Motel 6, not a Hampton. Missing carpet tiles, holes in the walls, paint peeling from the ceiling.
-
Quick trip. Slightly unkempt. Still great!

I have stayed at this property several times over the years..But will never stay here again.. When you exited the elevator on the 3rd floor there was something spilled everywhere and there was barely room to even walk around it, I told the staff and it stayed that way until after we checked out. The bathtub had not been cleaned and had mold around the ceiling, A full length mirror had been installed in the room and the trim was falling off. The coffee maker was missing parts. On the main floor several pieces of carpet had been cut out and bare concrete was showing, The carpet was disgusting on the first floor and the 3rd floor. The ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. The walls are so beaten up that it looks like a run down property.

Location was perfect. The room was clean but had a musty odor. The door to the bathroom would not close due to it was not on the frame correct. The light in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. The remote to the tv would not turn the tv but it would change the channels. The bed was comfortable even though I don’t think it was a queen, it was more like a full. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options. I would stay again. Everyone deserves a second chance. 😊
