Clean room, Great staff, plenty of parking space, and convenient place for restaurants and shopping.

Close to the battery and a great hotel!

The place was amazing and the staff even better. It's awesome that you can bring your dogs and also have them stay with you. Not a lot of places have that reward. The rooms are spacios very spacious, but the bathroom needs an upgrade. But great place other wise bed fridge all of that. Lasly bar is open till 12 and that is a plus for me. It's about a mile mile and a half from the Truist park but worth it for the stay and a fun walk to see everything.

Came back 3 hours later on a 92 degree day after a short walk from the baseball stadium. They wanted you to sign up for their points club just to get 2 bottles of water and a cookie. Really???

Large room with sitting area off bedroom. Problem was that bathroom was ridiculously small!

Wonderful place! Staff professional, clean rooms and building, nice buffet. Stayed one night while in Atlanta for a Braves game. Appreciated the 12:00 checkout time. We were not in a rush to head home or on a schedule. It was nice not to be rushed to check out in the morning after breakfast.

Fantastic location, and the staff were great and helpful

If I attend an event at Truist Park, this is my go-to lodging. It is a 10-15 min safe walk to the ballpark. The price is usually very reasonable compared with closer hotels and they do a good job with the included breakfast. The building is newer and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and designed well with separate sleeping and lounging areas.

We had a quick trip to catch a Braves game before we moved our daughter back into UGA. Great location, Great price.

Booked it for my daughter and she checked in quickly with no issues. Enjoyed breakfast every morning and great walking distance to mall, restaurants, and Truist Park.

We returned to the hotel Friday evening and as we walked to our room the smell of Marijuana was extremely strong in the 3rd floor hallway. I can't imagine no one else smelled it. I thought smoking was not allowed and Marijuana is illegal in Georgia. They offer "complementary" water BUT charge you $8.48 for it if you are a "special guest" with a membership. I hate to tell them Complementary means FREE. Don't offer it at all to any guest if it isn't free. That is a scam and bait and switch. I could have bought a case of water for that price. I will never stay at Hyatt Place again.

Overall it was a good stay. My only problem was my first night the power went out.

The hotel was about a mile from Truist Park. We took an Uber to the venue for a concert. It was very easy to walk back after the concert when it would have been hard to meet up with an Uber. There was a large crowd of people walking the same direction

Very clean friendly staff the EV chargers!! And walking distance to truist. Will be back!
