Nice stay

Nice place to stay. A bit out dated feel to the room, We had a full kitchen which was nice. Felt a bit more like an appt. than a hotel room. Thin walls. You could hear other guests talking in the next room.

Rooms a bit dated but very clean

It was an older property but maintained well. The suite had all I needed. The AC was not working well but everything else was fine. Definitely a convenient location and I would stay there again.

Breakfast

Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The room smelled of bleach. The carpet was soggy, and the shower could stand a deep cleaning. The hotel door to my room was extremely hard to open and close. The staff was pleasant though.

Nice location with wonderful staff and excellent room layout. We will definitely seek out Hyatt Houses in our future travels.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. We really liked the location since it’s outside of downtown and easy to get to from I-75 North. Uber and Lyft rides to the aquarium and football stadium were affordable and convenient. The pool and gym were great amenities that kept the family entertained. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to go out for dinner or order delivery. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel in pictures and lobby looked nice but the rooms are very outdated. Our room was dirty not fully cleaned upon arrival. They do offer a shuttle service for a fee to and from. They gave us a time they will pick us up from our event and we thought we missed them by a few minutes so caught a uber back as soon as we got dropped off the shuttle pulls up so that was bad timing and communication.

We had a great stay. Lakisha at the front desk was the best. I definitely recommend that you stay here.

Helpful, pleasant staff

Our rooms and really the hotel was very damp and humid although the temp was fine. Just a little uncomfortable sleeping. But the rest was great. Charles is the best front desk/bartender possible. Kudos!
