Emory Conference Center Hotel

Staff’s are very rude and not at all helpful. They are always irritated, if u ask a question.

Convenient to Emory Hospital . Provides a clean and quiet environment for pre surgical and postoperative procedures.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet at night, which made for a wonderful, restful stay. The location is incredibly convenient for visiting Emory University—getting to and from campus was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area or the university!

Nice place

Everything was cleaned. It's just in the middle of the woods. We arrived very late coming from Key West, Florida, then we were giving the wrong room number, waited about 45 mins for someone to help. Got woken up by a very loud dj, who was blasting music very early in the morning(8:45AM!!!). There was no notice or heads up about the loud music.

Rooms are musty and damp

My first room had a bedbug, which was extremely disturbing. I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, that room was also dirty and not properly cleaned. I traveled out of state and paid a lot for this stay, so I expected a clean and professional experience. Having issues with both rooms was unacceptable. I believe a price adjustment is warranted.

There was a glitch in the Expedia booking system that allowed me to book a room when the hotel was actually full. Arrington (the hotel manager) valued the customer experience so strongly that he made a room available for me anyways. I had no where else to go and I can’t thank him enough for his sympathy. Major kudos!

Was not the worse place to stay but not the best. A little dated.

Room was spacious and clean. However, the walls are really thin. You can hear the cleaning crew and the guess next door shower and there Tv. Breakfast was hot and there was variety.

Overall my stay was great!! Except the free shuttle declined my call multiple times and did not come around. This hotel should not advertise the shuttle unless it works.

Nice location, clean rooms and we'll maintained property

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the center is surrounded by a natural preserve with lovely trails to enjoy a leisurely stroll to unwind. The rooms were clean and the whole place was beautiful. It was very close to the Emory University Hospital (and the rest of the campus too), and they have shuttles to take you back and forth with barely a wait any time I needed. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Atlanta.

Roomy and quiet. Staff very friendly. Ev charging in garage is a plus.
