We love this place.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Great handicap parking, right beside front door.

Location and cleanliness The elevator was not working. We had to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggages to get to our room. The lady that checked us in at the front desk had a very short attitude. Was not very accommodating when asking questions.

The room is clean and staff takes out trash everyday, the layout of room has a study area which is super nice for people like me who wants to do assignments.

Met all our needs. Breakfast great. Staff very friendly.

The receptionist was amazing at check in and so helpful. While we were down for breakfast, one of my children had to use the restroom and we were told we had to have our key to access the restroom. I had to go back to the front desk to get a key just so my 9yr old could access the restroom. This piece of information needs to be told to us at check in. This was very inconvenient and the kitchen staff was not very helpful in explaining this situation.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was good from the food to the cleanest of the entire hotel. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. They were helpful in all ways. The breakfast was a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip
