Very good

The property charged me for two days when I only spent one night. It seems it is very difficult get receive my money back for one day I did not stay. The property waited a full day and a half to check me out when I returned the keys to the room on Sunday morning before 6 am.

We stayed 3 nights and never had maid service, not even changing out of towels or emptying trash cans.

The mattresses were horrible, too soft and lumpy! The hotel was freezing. Why does a hotel of this level try to ration TP?

I didn't eat breakfast, time wasn.t available, but the location was great. Nicole, the receptionist was very rude, we asked for a room on the top floor with a view, she gave us a room on the second floor with and inside view and the smell of weed was very strong. Was not pleased at all, we had to walk so to the room to the garage and then we had a problem with the parking gate which took and hour of my time, I had to take a picture of my plates upon check in and she still inconvenienced us. The gate still wouldn't open.

Breakfast was different from normal but my overall stay was great!

Very comfortable bed. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast bar included with our stay. I was disappointed that it wasn’t.

Awful customer service. Do not stay here!

Friendly staff was a big plus. Special praise for Nicole on reception Bistro didn't have good coffee or breakfast, but there were nice cafes near the hotel.

Frontdesk attendant was a superstar. We briefly chatted about the World Cup and Wimbledon as she checked me in. She was very professional. My room was clean, large. My only gripe was I could hear everything. Next door kids, stayed up way past 3am talking playing games. Also, my room faced the lobby so of course I was going to hear alot. However, the hotel staff was very loud, 1am or so. Im sure, they are aware voices travels. In all, 4 out of 5 stars for my stay.

Enjoyed the convenience of the location of nearby atractions and on sight amenities.

It was clean and staff was friendly. My breakfast when I first arrived was very expensive. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

I was awoken at 6:30 am and told I did not check in and needed to come down to the front desk and resolve the issue they then tried to say it was my fault. On check out day the repeatedly knocked on the door at 9 am asking what time we were going to check out.
