Was nice enough hotel and staff was friendly, bar was never open and elevators had at least one not in operation during the stay. It was nice and clean and good location.

My third stay at this hotel. Safe, busy neighborhood. Room was great. Lots of secure parking

Location was great for the activities we planned. So homey too

The hotel never received my reservation thru Booking. So we had to get another room. I have contested the charge to my cc because we didn’t have the room thru booking that we were supposed to have booked. And the staff was so helpful and the breakfast was really good and the gym was really clean and it was very quiet. I had the best sleep. I’ve had a very long time amazing location. You can walk to all the bars and restaurants.

Room on top floor was quiet and very comfortable. Shower does not have a wand, which is unfortunate are easily correctable. Breakfast was included and sufficient. Staff friendly and professional. Vibe was chill. Would stay again.

Clean room, Great location, helpful and kind staff

The facility was secured, clean and amenities were on point. The location to everything and accessibility were perfect.

The bathroom doors do not have any way of locking them. In addition they do not fully cover the bathroom opening and that means you can see inside the bathroom from outside even when the doors are closed. It is a hanging door that slides and 4 inches shorter on width. This was the case in all 3 rooms we tried. Not good for family use

The rooms were beautiful and staff was so friendly. There were random clumps of pubic hair or hair from a beard under the sink in the bathroom and randomnly throughout the bathroom and in the sink in the hallway, this just made me feel like the whole room was nasty after thing and to be such a nice hotel the beds were so uncomfortable.

Front desk told me before my stay that would not experience any disruption in my stay ( I had to make two individual reservations for the same stay), I ended up having to have my husband go check us in, use a different card bc I was not present despite having shown my card upon arrival with the initial reservation. If this manual check in effort is required then it should have been explained upfront. I have however dealt with this situation before with other stays and the front desk has been able to accommodate me without forcing me to come to front desk and re-check in. I was in town for a wedding so this ask was HIGHLY inconvenient and felt like the staff were not interested in figuring out how to help me and more interested in making me do this task of re-checking in.

Property had excellent location, front of house receptionist was not obliging.

Everything was excellent room was very clean staff were nice breakfast was good and parking was easy to access. However the pool was closed and we did not receive any notification.

It was well located. Had to wait a long time for the elevator.

Parking is free in a garage structure near but separate from the hotel. The neighborhood is very walkable with many excellent restaurants nearby.
