room was nice, AC vent could probably use a proper cleaning.

The hotel, staff, location and price, 5 stars. Had a good trip starting with the hotel as the base.

A good stay in a clean property with an excellent view

The hotel itself was great, everything I needed it to be! The only reason I docked a star is due to the location - it didn’t feel safe to walk around the area.

Staff was super helpful and kind! The valet outside were also super nice and really go the extra mile which is appreciated!!

Exceptional

I reserved the hotel through Expedia but opted to pay at the hotel upon check out. Upon check out the front desk person was confused and said we didn't need to pay which then let to some confusion on the amount on my credit card. It all got worked out but was frustrating at the time.

Off site parking wasn't bad if your not handicap. Other then that I'd stay again.

the hotel was OK a little outdated the swimming pool where it is located doesn’t get any sun, so it was very cold. It's close to everything The location was a not my favorite walking down the street there was a lot of homeless people asking for money and just be aware they will charge you a $50 valet parking on your bill as they did not disclose that at the beginning

The staff worked swiftly to get me a new room after flooding issue in my floor. Pretty good stay

we went swimming in the pool and all 3 of us got Hot Tub Folliculitis!

Location was convenient, Hotel was clean, staff friendly & no issues at all.

Very good stay, I believe his name is Charles BLESSED me with my stay. Being stuck on the plane for more than 7 hours with my family and a 3 yr old, coming from Mexico 3:00PM, lay over in ATL final destination DFW, due to several inconviences such as bad weather, low on plane fuel we rounded ATL 2 times, to head to Orlando for "fuel", in Orlando stuck in the plane because they did not plane for us to be there, for more than hour, we took off and finally landed in ATL @11PM. Landing in ATL everyone on the flight missed theyre connecting flights, we had no choice to reebook @ 12:30AM through our airline until Monday afternoon. The airline did not accomidate me to a hotel due to being they're inconvience, so I had to book one out of my expense. Due to being World Cup weekend there was so much events happening in ATL, CALLING MORE THAN 12 HOTELES, all the hotels were BOOKED. When calling this hotel Charles told me he had 1 Bed Room avaliable, I TOOK IT. It was 5 Adults and 1 todler, I was worried how would we fit, upon arriving @2AM and checking in that was so easy and fast a whole relief of a crazy night, they had a bed and a sofa bed, thank god on 1 adult slept on a make shift bed out of the sofa cusion on the floor. Thank you to Charles.

Convenient to amenities in midtown. Nice staff.

The hotel location, room accommodations, pool area. The valet parking team could be better. I had an incident where another person’s keys were left in my vehicle and I only noticed after I had left the hotel. This was a huge security breach in my opinion.
