Overall, the staff made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Excellent customer service and a great experience—I would definitely stay here again!

The view. Dirty, no AC in our room, difficult to understand why a booking was so high (executive king room with a panoramic view) when the room did not even have the basic amenities it should. Booking.com also misleads on their “we match program” they just say they do so, but it is at their “discrepancy” to offer you a matching price. Misleading. Horrible experience all around and I will not book any other place through this site and I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Especially if you’re trying to book it for your wedding night.

The room was clean, we didn't get breakfast or go to the bar but your staff is amazing. I did not encounter one that wasn't pleasant and helpful. From the gentleman at the door to the cleaning staff, they all took the time to look at me, speak, and ask if I need anything.

Although this was a Marriott property, the elevators were slow. The restaurant next door had wierd hours. Probably could have done a a different location. we picked it because we walked everywhere

Very convenient location in Midtown and walkable to what we needed. Staff was very friendly, and kudos to the kitchen & bar team for their well-prepared dishes and hospitality. Appreciate the property is pet-friendly. Our dog had a very nice stay.

Bad: Falling apart for a four star hotel. Shower handle loose. Jetted tub drain loose. Sliding door into bathroom loose hanging, drags on carpet and must lift to fully close. Cold water runs hot most of the time. Safe in room has error message, couldn’t open to store safety items. Maybe these issues are all specific to room 1021, but paying for a corner suite and having these issues isn’t a good look. Parking is valet only, which you have to pay for, this is not stated anywhere in the listing or on the website. If you ask they say parking is valet only and don’t tell you it is charged until you go to the valet and they ask you for payment. Heed the rest of the reviews and park next door for $35/day instead of $50. WiFi not being free in 2026 is also wild, $14 something per day is just rude and if you’re a business professional that needs to have video calls you’re gonna want the upgraded option. These are a little bit picky but if you pay for a 4 star hotel, you kinda expect a close to resort stay experience and these issues nag a little bit if that’s what you’re expecting. No vending machines. The front desk has Pepsi products but this requires you to go down there. They want you to order those through room service so they can charge and expect a tip. All I’m saying is a four star hotel shouldn’t be nickel and diming if the experience isn’t up to par.

Excellent location in Midtown Atlanta, traveled for Ga Tech graduation. The staff was always accommodating, even helped us get a better room and were fast and efficient. There was a problem with the minibar/fridge door and the shower handle that was not fixed during our stay despite several calls.
