Restaurant serivce was not happy.

Bad: Falling apart for a four star hotel. Shower handle loose. Jetted tub drain loose. Sliding door into bathroom loose hanging, drags on carpet and must lift to fully close. Cold water runs hot most of the time. Safe in room has error message, couldn’t open to store safety items. Maybe these issues are all specific to room 1021, but paying for a corner suite and having these issues isn’t a good look. Parking is valet only, which you have to pay for, this is not stated anywhere in the listing or on the website. If you ask they say parking is valet only and don’t tell you it is charged until you go to the valet and they ask you for payment. Heed the rest of the reviews and park next door for $35/day instead of $50. WiFi not being free in 2026 is also wild, $14 something per day is just rude and if you’re a business professional that needs to have video calls you’re gonna want the upgraded option. These are a little bit picky but if you pay for a 4 star hotel, you kinda expect a close to resort stay experience and these issues nag a little bit if that’s what you’re expecting. No vending machines. The front desk has Pepsi products but this requires you to go down there. They want you to order those through room service so they can charge and expect a tip. All I’m saying is a four star hotel shouldn’t be nickel and diming if the experience isn’t up to par.

The staff were super helpful and the “pick up order” station was really convenient.

Friendly staff. Checked in late and received free upgrade. Very clean. Refrigerated towel in gym felt amazing after running

I appreciate nice people and good service!!

The hotel overall was great. My only comment was the third party booking issue I had which I explained below. I went thru a third party booking and was still charged the full rate, when I got to the hotel from the hotel. I had already paid for the room in full.

All was good except for parking. If you’re going to spend a lot of money for your stay, parking should be free. $54.00 per day for parking is extremely expensive.

Rosa was a delight as she greeted us upon arrival. The men out front were friendly and helpful as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall great stay would do it again.
-
I didn't eat a full mean there just appetizers and cocktails and they were good.
-
All staff was delightful. The water pressure in the shower is extremely low. And the temperature couldn’t be controlled. Washing my hair was out of the question. Oh, and they overbooked so I had to have a rollaway bed in the room because I don’t have a lot of loyalty points. It was very quiet and centrally located.

Great staff, good lobby and restaurant - room a little tired, reasonable gym.

The room was very clean, and staff was super friendly! Valet was courteous and fast! Great stay.

Location When it got busy, you had to wait a long time for the elevator
-
Location, room size, clean, friendly staff. Only 1 person at registration desk at 4 pm on Saturday! Shortly after 4 another person came but still confusing the way the desk are located. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. Also need more elevators! 2 working in a hotel the size is not enough!!

The executive suite was very nice. However, the TV remote in the bedroom needed new batteries. No microwave oven in the room. The frig was too narrow to place a dish in it, and the couch was too slippery with the fabric.

Most of Breakfast staff is not friendly except Robin.

Room is great, restaurant is terrific. Gym climate control broken. Was 90 degrees. But gym was well-equipped.
