The staff were very friendly and professional. The room and the hotel itself were very clean and well maintained.

An amazing lady from the kitchen staff helped me prepare breakfast for my children out of the kindness of her heart.

I enjoy Hilton but will never stay at a Homewood again and especially not this one.

Many, many Americans have high blood sugar. I appreciate the bacon and eggs option. It would be nice to have some unsweetened yogurt as wll. I would have been nice to have a blanket left in the room. I sleep well in a cold room, but I needed a blanket. I was too cold the first night

The customer service was exceptional, the gentleman at the front office Justin was absolutely wonderful and allowed us to check in a bit early. The rooms we had were all clean and we were also upgraded to the next available ones. I can’t say enough about the care we received and will definitely stay there again.

Staff is friendly. Valet parking is mandatory. $50/night but the location is very walkable.

Definitely 5 star valet. I didn't like the fact that room service was not given everyday. Paying $213.00 a night, I expected daily room service. The breakfast was a 3/10. The eggs were disgusting and watery. The choices were slim. The staff was amazing, shout out to Justin in the front, he made my stay amazing!!!! My room was clean, smelled great and I sleep well.

Hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was okay. They ran out of sausage which was the only meat available. They could do better on the breakfast especially for the price of the hotel.

Hotel.com lost my reservation. I was in Atlanta for my son graduation… and missed all the memorable moments as I worked on finding a hotel to stay the weekend. Lost $200 on the graduation dinner that evening and lost the $50 from the uber from the airport to the “hotel”. As well as the $47 third party charges for booking the hotel that I never received. I rate hotel.com negative numbers for I was on the phone with them for over 5 hours with no resolution. it was an awful weekend due to hotel.com

Love the hotel

Couldn’t get connected to WiFi for over 12 hours. Staff directed me to a technical support hotline that tried to trouble shoot my devices for over 30 min. All my devices couldn't connect and I work in tech so this was not the issue. Support people were supposed to call back and never did. After talking to the desk for the third time I finally got an employee who addressed the problem and fixed it in 2 min. The sink in our kitchen leaked and it took hours and a visit to the front desk before someone came to fix it. The restaurant in the hotel was closed the majority of our stay and the only time it was open it was being serviced by an assistant general manager who clearly never work in the restaurant industries!
