Room was so nasty. When arrived on 7/3/26 Urine was on the side of the toilet on both sides, Tub faucet wouldn't stop dripping water all night long, spots all over the wall in the room like someone had smeared something red on the wall, Pool under construction (Chairs and debris everywhere) dirty pool water like the has been sitting, moldy rooms, room 213 door was warped like a flood was in the restroom. Ohhhh breakfast just sloppy, orange juice watery, Old furniture just so dirty it doesn't make any sense. They want money though and you can't enjoy yourself at all. Went to the front desk twice looking for a manager and today is the 7th and still no sign of a manager. Called and they will reach out tomorrow also don't trust the housekeeping short lady she's nasty and rude. With the piss up with a piece of tissue from my room and I made her walk down the hallway to grab sanitizer and spray. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I will be calling Atlantas Health Department asap

The bathroom was dirty the tub was filthy and had hair in it the towels were dirty the microwave was filthy the refrigerator was dirty and behind the nightstand by the beds were used dirty utensils. The pool was closed which was not stated on the website. This was the most horrible hotel that I've ever stayed in and next time I will make sure to do my extensive research before I ever book a

The shower over ran into the bathroom floor due to the drain hadn't been cleaned out, no one was there to clean the floor and give us clean towels. We were moved to another room
-
No pool
-
The breaks was so good
-
Breakfast area was dirty during the whole serving time.
-
Great stay!
-
The hotel and room were clean but the staff left the front desk for 15 minutes at night, when I could not get a replacement key. Plus, the bed was too soft, not comfortable.
-
Pool broke down pool floors nasty don’t change bedding
-
The rooms were run down, the air in the hallways was out, and breakfast was cold. We will not stay here again.

Everything was great for our stay!
-
My first room had shower problem not draining I asked for a 2nd room also the Ac wasn’t working, the fire alarm was broke, no safety and also refuse to give me discount, management didn’t respond to my email. I would never come back or recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast good. 10 mins walk from subway station Sandy springs. Didn’t allow early check in
-
Some clean issues, poor and messy breakfast, dark halls and parking
-
I am not sure why my bed was not made ….when the room was serviced….. The room was great, free self parking also
-
The room was clean and fresh. The staff was attentive and helpful and the parking was fine. I did not partake of the breakfast, but it smelled wonderful! If I wasn't having breakfast with the family members I was visiting, I'm sure I would have enjoyed the hotel's.

Everything was lovely
-
Nothing was good here, lobby bathroom dirty , beds are hard , patched up walls, eggs were cold bacon not cooked enough.

Do your research on this place see if they allow you to go in and look around at the pool area maybe the rooms check the television our windows were dirty. Our television wasn’t working and only got one station someone from the front desk came up to try to fix the television, but that didn’t help. They either need to get rid of the current Internet provider they have and go with another company that’s stronger. There were some dirty linens on the bed and we had not been in the room yet so we felt very uncomfortable. Did not get a good nights rest.

The rooms were pretty dirty and there was a weird smell on our floor (4th floor). The pool was "temporarily closed". A random other guest was able to enter our room during the night and then our room keys stopped working, so I'm guessing the overnight staff mistakenly coded a guests room key to our room. When I brought this to the front desks attention, no explanation was given and was just dismissed and the clerk said "I don't work overnight". Breakfast was okay. Eggs were very wet and sausage was cold, but pretty standard for Continental breakfast.
