A clean room, a comfortable bed. Convenient. Walk distance to the restaurants.

Everything was good. Although I do feel the central air mightve been off. At times It did still feel a lil humid in there but cool at the same time if that makes sense.. I am from out of town so I don't know if thats just the way it is in GA but overall everything was Great I would say. The last day one of the elevators went out but I am sure that is out of their control. It was just a longer wait to use them. I would definitely stay there again. Parking rate was great some hotels wanted a ridiculous daily amount.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Quiet atmosphere, well maintained property.

There was no water pressure, the shower is small..the elevator was broken..we left immediately and stayed next door instead

I booked third party but when I arrived the staff member overcharged me deposit was supposed to be 150 but charged me $450 not a hold but actually charged & kept giving me the runaround about speaking to property Manager. Literally ruined my anniversary weekend away

The rooms had on older musty smell. The tub was filthy. Overall just seems like a much older outdated property.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures shown. The property needs major updates and the carpet needs to be cleaned and or new carpet. Refrigerator was not clean and it smelled.

There was no security presence outside the property, and throughout the weekend there were people with poor attitudes coming and going, which made my family uncomfortable. At times, we genuinely felt unsafe. This was disappointing because the room itself was great, with plenty of space and comfortable beds for my family. The only exception was the sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. We requested extra blankets and pillows, and they were provided promptly, which helped improve the situation. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere made it difficult for us to fully enjoy the pool and fitness center. As for breakfast, I was glad it was included in my reservation because I found it overpriced for the limited variety offered. The restaurant itself was clean and attractive, but the food selection was lacking. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and the housekeeping team was also courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made getting around inconvenient. The hallways also had a strong, unpleasant odor. The biggest issue was our first room. When we walked in, we found what appeared to be blood and urine on the bed. I have pictures documenting the condition. Thankfully, the front desk handled the situation professionally and quickly moved us to another room. However, the refrigerator in the second room didn’t work either. Overall, the stay was just okay because the staff did their best to address the issues, but the cleanliness and maintenance problems were too significant for me. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Panel fell in the bathroom and injured my foot. Staff was not helpful. Otherwise - the stay was fine.

Staff was nonexistent, very run down. Holes in ceiling, obvious water damage, elevator issues.

This was my second stay. The first was so good I had to come back! Perfect for couples 😉
