Dirty Dirty

It was available on short notice It was advertised as non-smoking, but upon entry it smelled like smoke. The place is rundown and needs a makeover. The carpet was very dirty and appeared that even a deep cleaning wouldn't help. All amenities had to be purchased- iron, additional towels, plates, forks, etc. The lock felt like it wasn't secure. Everything was rusted and old. It wasn't as advertised.

Staff told me to come back for check in after 3. Showed up at 2:50pm. Room wasn’t ready. Sat and waited another hour room still wasn’t ready. No accommodation.

room was not clean. spots on the table, bathroom could have been cleaner, in general just not a room i could get comfortable in. the bed also had bugs, i woke up with a few bites. the staff was very aloof at both check-in and check-out.

I was told to vacate for no reason after I paid my money was taken, and I was given 20 minutes to leave I would definitely not recommend this place and would never stay there again

I immediately informed the front desk and requested either a different room or, at the very least, an air freshener to help with the odor. Unfortunately, both requests were declined. As a result, I had to spend the night in a room that smelled strongly of smoke, which made my stay uncomfortable and did not match the room I had reserved. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and consider providing appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Carpet was in poor condition. Bed size was small. No basic kitchen utensils. One small soap no shampoo.

Shower curtains. Mattress upgrade, install ample lighting, no light bulb, floor is dirty, daily cleaning service is a must especially when there are guest. Courtesy to ask is necessary.

Couldn’t cancel and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Was unable to use my booking due to an error in booking but was unable to get assistance with fixing this.

Not a well maintained property. Staff was helpful when they could be found. Housekeeping is working more than their scheduled hours and not being paid. Waited over 15 minutes at an empty front desk during office hours to get my key fixed. Would not recommend.
