The room was not fully clean and we had baby spiders in our room that kept forming webs. Staff offered to change room but at this point I was done.

Our room had an terrible odor. The bathroom was very small. Location was good. Parking was not too costly.

The hotel location being right next to the beautiful King & Queen buildings. My view from my room on the 18th floor was absolutely gorgeous. The roo. Was clean and the hotel was in an amazing location. Unfortunately we had an incident where's our entire Bedding (sheets, comforter & pillow cases) were still wet, (they all were taken out of the dryer too early) but because we were out by the time we came back to our room and noticed , house keeping was gone for the night. So we had to request new sheets and pillow cases to put on our bed ourselves. The next morning upon checkout tho, the Hotel Manager did discount the stay for us so we did appreciate that.

About 12 minutes from The Select and City Springs Theater. Will definitely stay here again when we go to a show!!

Right before the trip my mom had a slip and fall which led her being in a wheelchair . They offered the accessible room but the bathroom was in bad condition.The grout needed to be resealed and painted over. I Felt gross taking a shower.
